1. the money can;t keep up with everything that i am earning! so less money i get at the end of the day, then i really earned!
2. way toooooooooooo much fire!
3. when there are 2 people at the front desk with baggage, only one can be served with the baggage, because there can only be one baggage at the time! :(

Facts:
1) The hotel is close to a Volcano... is always on fire.
2) You get your stuff at a close hospital... (Narcolepsy plant)
3) There is a gay couple, have nothing better to do than go to your bussines to argue... EVERYDAY... TWICE OR MORE... o_O
4) You will never have 3 or more guests at the same time, except... if you have 2 or less rooms...
5) You can have nothing to do 4 hours a day, but, 5 minutes before the closing time, you will have 190348 customers waiting... (Well, that's realistic)
6) Your stuff can take 4 or even 5 naps a day, but they NEVER will be fired, the only thing that "will be fired" is... your hotel...

needs better pathing, I'm right next to the stairs why can't I use them to go from waking my shopkeeper to cleaning a room -.-

Pretty good game but needs a few things:
- The concierge should handle phone calls since that's mainly what they do
- All employees should have stats. So bell girl has Alert, Speed, Efficiency stats
-- Alert is how likely they will fall asleep
-- Speed is how quickly they move
-- Efficiency is how long it takes them to serve a customer
You can hire from a couple choices or you can get the gimps and then 'train' them in their stats with money to make them better.
- Fire got annoying quickly and was a bit unbalanced
- My security officer never showed up to stop a fight
- Path finding would be nice, if its faster to take the stairs, take them. Also, a pain if I have to wake someone up in the casino then run all the way across the hotel up the elevator and all the way back to the cafe guy to wake him up.
- Expand the map so you can have all buildings if wanted.

some suggestions: 1) firefighters 2) fone takers 3)prices that DONT change 4) supervisor(somebody who wakes sleeping employees + he wont sleep) 5) better elevator (its sometimes quiker for him with the stairs O_O)

@Deadly Silence you probably couldn't get the casino because you built the tennis court, the casino and tennis court are at the same place so you can only get one of them, same with the gym and snooker. they are at the same place so you can only get one of them.

So 5 customers pay colectively only $80 at the restraunt, and 1 customer pays $120 at the cafe?!?!?!? i want to work there. BAD.

whats with the guests? they are incapable of waking a sleeping employee, walk their own dog, park a car, or call a taxi, yet they have developed the power of teleportation?

I love standing around doing nothing and watching the clock tick down when I don't have enough money to beat the level....great idea....force us to play each level twice so we quit sooner

With sound and music muted, if you yell at an employee to wake up you still hear it. Would also like a save button as others mentioned. Also a option to sell add ons? I wanted a casino later in game but was maxed it appeared on space as it wouldnt let me get that too. That or make the casino a fourth floor. As others mentioned the 21 hour thing is kind of annoying. Especially since on some days you can do everything perfect and fail a mission cause of money not comming in. At least field the missions so theres a gauranteed chance to collect all the money for the day regaurdless of the combinations of which stores you've unlocked and what not.

Actually, I just wondered where the cafe (over the pool) exactly is. I just decided to let the hotel burn down to watch the outside. It magically disappeared. You somehow get lost in time and space .. creepy level design.. But even more strange are those happy/bored people being burned for the tenth time. Well .. they made it this far, they can handle it.

This game was bad. There was not ever enough time to get to all the costumers. I like the idea and like the game at first. Then 5-6 people show up and I need to serve them all.
