Why doesn't the concierge answer that taxi phone ? why is the Bell girl standing outside ? why isn't the "security" guard extinguishing fires ? why are you only able to add some of the addon buildings and not all ? and where is the employees coffee machine to make them act a little faster and not just stand there ? these people really need to get some rest at home.

I really don't think I should lose because there was a span of 3 hours in which only 2 people showed up to my hotel and they both went to the diner.

Should I hop down the stairs and extinguish that fire? Naah, I'll go all the way around to the elevator and circle back first. Then I'll do another circle before I clean the room at the top of the steps. Hmm, I think the fastest way to that customer at the shop would be...through the elevator! T_T Great game, but that's a little annoying.

Why is my concierge doing nothing with 3 guests in front of him? Waiting for snow to fall? And no, he was not sleeping, he didn't has the Zzz balloon.

got a fire burning, 2 dudes fighting in the lobby. all that's missing is some hank williams jr on the jukebox a mechanical bull and a hooker outside with zzz's over her head

Fun game. But next time don't add a mandatory money per level goal :( I like just messing around not being rushed. Also tone down the fires around 75%

It needs animation. Like to have the customer walk up the stairs instead of just suddenly being up there and demanding the bags. Or walking in with a food though bubble. etc... would make it a lot more manageable.

would be good if you just click an area and the character does all there is to do. So if there are three guests at the front desk It would be one for the desk and one for bags. then once for the rooms to be cleaned.

Also why am I letting people into my Hotel just to fight? All they show up for is to try and fight in the lobby I could see if it was to people who where already there but these guys JUST show up to fight.

Why is it that the green haired guy at my front desk never wants to help people and when he does there getting frustrated and rightly so as he just stands there. Also why would any respectable business owner hire someone with green hair and an attitude to work in the front anyway?
