The amount of customers coming in needs to be adjusted, there are some levels that are impossible to pass because there just arent any customers.

there IS a cancel, pressing "c" (or pressing the big button on the bottom right) removes the last click from the queue, so just pressing c several times and then click the fire will make everything ok -.-

y do i get punished for beating the "story" mode? seriously, y do i have to start ALL OVER just because i won? i want to play on with what i have to get all upgrades, not have to begin over again...

Wtf this is a cool game but #1 the fire #2 they sleep so much #3 wtf my desk person take like an hour to talk to the guests like hes jerking off... but its an ok game.

why cant i just buy a massive insurance policy and let the place burn to the ground? fires happen so often theres no way id get busted for arson

i am amazed that the staffs did not evacuate during the fire alarm. some stared at the fire in front of them and a few seconds later. . . sleep ? ? ?

i just left the fire in m building go on and on and on......... it eventuly blocked the path frome the bedrooms to the counter.......... dint spread anymore then that good thing they just telleport thru the fir =P

After I bought everything I got bored and decided to just let the place burn to the ground. it took 3 days to get a fire at the end of the day, and another 2 to finally burn the place down.

It's all right, though i had a bug when 2 customers had bags, and 1 bag vanished. By the way you should explain that you can buy only 2 of 3 outside stuff - swimming pool, casino or tennis cort. How would i know until i bought cort instead of casino? Other then that i cant tell what brings money, since it pops up in the middle not on the source of income. However i liked it quite a while, especially free mode.

Actually, on the subject of free play mode...maybe there should be an option to have goals during this mode, but endless ones. With the idea being to see how far and long you can make it. :) I kind of feel like there's not much of a point in playing without the level goals, I guess. :/ But experimenting with the upgrades is fun!

One last suggestion-sorry, I keep thinking of things as I play(thank you for free play mode, by the way!)- make it so you can see how high an upgrade goes to. That would make it easier to decide what to invest in first. :)

Oh, and letting you have multiple chefs is a GREAT upgrade over the last game. It kind of sucked, because the chef would only serve one customer at a time, while you could feed a whole room with one click. It ended up that he would fall way behind the number of customers requesting a meal. So THANK YOU for that! :D

All joking aside, I think having the player need to interact with the employees was a good idea-the last game sort of played itself after awhile, which could make it boring at times. It might be nice if you can find a less logic-imploding way to do it in the next game though. :P Maybe there are more disasters other than just fires-water leakage, general repairs, etc, so it doesn't feel like my customers are all arsonists. I also felt like the game ended too soon-I still had a number of upgrades left to buy! Overall, its definitely improved over the last version, though I would prefer if the level goal made it clear how much they want you to earn for a level, rather than just adding it to your current total cash.

Okay, so from what I can gather from this game: you employ only drug addicts and narcoleptics, you have the crappiest fire safety instruction classes ever, you carry a fire extinguisher with you at all times, and five unhappy guests over the course of your career means you go out of business.

I failed level 4 because there was nothing to be done... I had a chef and no customers... Too bad it seemed like nice game, but this thing makes me not want to play it again... 1/5
