Great start but the game is still a bit rough. Like the previous comments, there needs formation save, ability to choose mission base or world domination, and to remember user name saves. Author needs to polish the game a bit.

with a few highly upgraded units its fairly easy even on the hardest difficulity... i had 3 pikemen first, now i'm invading turkey and i have only 5 units:)

The winning strategy is to start out with a few high level units, (use the upgrade button) and just build your army in bits and pieces with more and more high levels. When you add a new guy, make him at least a level 4.

What? thats stupid, once you finish your mission your game ends... I thought you could do one mission after another -_-

Oh I just noticed one of the comments here that Mission 8 is to conquer the world. How intuitive. Here's a suggestion - provide the conquer-all as one mode, and the mission-based one as the other. And link all the missions so that you can't do any without first completing the preceding ones.

Geez, is there something wrong with the structure of this game? I finished Mission 1 and then... nothing. There is no continuation at all and it is as if this game is just pure mission-based. Play it mission by mission. I attempted playing the game by just attacking but it seems I just have to choose a mission. It's dumb really. I think you just insulted a favorite game of mine - the one whose name you took and use.

um...i beat mission 1 and it says i beat the game thats wierd i was going for india and then russa and oh well would be a 5/5 but its 3/5 be cause its so short

Save formation is desperately needed. Also, the map jumps all the way to the right, making you scroll over each and every time you conquer one of the 30-ish countries on the left. Some more units and scenarios would be fun, especially a mode where you fight against a computer controlled Khan for world domination.

Come to think of it, Saving your Previous FOrmation would be a nice addtion.. i use 1 line of spear 1 sword behind it another spear behind that and 2 rows of archers with horses behind.... having to redo the formation every battle gets alittle annoying. aswell i support Badges Definatly!!

Great game, Lots of Fun and well implemented... cant spot any faults with the game yet, did the first mission and jumping to the 8th mission on conqouring the world right now.

Oooh! I haven't started but reading through the instructions developing feelings that I'm actually going to play the Genghis Khan game I played on 486 in '98.
