On one serious note. You should add a warning for epileptic for the risk of seizures. When fighting flashing bosses and flashing bullets the color scheme you have and they way the balls shoot out in rhythmic pattern is hard on those susceptible.

The targeting is seemingly the worst possible combinations - it will select the furthest non-ranged enemy possible, ignoring the closer melee damage units as well as making sure the ranged units get as good a chance as possible to fire. When 2 equal units are on screen, it alternates between the two to maximize their chance to get to the sub. I'd fire the gunner out the torpedo tube after a couple dives.

I agree with a lot of the comments here that it has a ton of potential. I would have liked to see some of the side quest items be further improvements to your sub instead of just a minor amount of gold (which becomes moot very quickly since gold isn't all that hard to get). Some ideas might be a basic map, larger fuel reserves, a hull repair drone, or an improvement to your weapon.

For those who are worried about the treasure after the boss, the menu doesn't show up until you grab the unique item so grab that last and the treasure ($) first.

This game was fun!!! 5/5 A++!!! I would like to see a more challenging #2 that's more in depth with your concept. Also after boss fights if you pick up the key/item first all the gold should auto pull to you because otherwise you lose out on it.

The game is very buggy. As others have said, add keyboard controls, fix the boss fights, add extra time after a boss fight and fix how the fishes' names appear on the artifact page.

Great potential. However when trying to fight the bosses the sub does not the full range of motion that it needs to have. The speed and areas in which it can move make it very difficult to defeat the bosses especially Boss 6 and up, even with full upgrades on the sub. If that was fixed this could easily be a 4 or 5 start game

"curses, you win this time Kraken. I'll be back hahahaha!" I dunno, it seems like I just did one of those douchy supervillain moves where he goes all "I have no time to play with you now" and just runs off.

It's frustrating... I have a fully upgraded submarine but I can't defeat that turtle because I always get stuck in that nasty dark Matter. But why do I need that treasure anyway?

I commend trying to innovate for the sequel but it didn't really work here. I don't know why but I really don't like the separate boss fights and the grid exploration, which should have made it less linear, actually made it more linear by giving us our next co-ordinates immediately. It would have been better if we'd gotten a clue (or even nothing) as to the next location.

Too easy and really a bit tedious. After you get all the creatures and the main quest done, the optional ones are seriously a grind and there is nothing you can spend all the money you gain.

You should make it so that only upgrades 1-5 are available, and then various artifacts would unlock levels 6-10 for each upgrade type.

The game had potential. No ending, easy to find treasures. No actually real searching. All treasures can be found at the furthest bottom right corner.
Killing all the fish in the ocean for money. Good moral.
The game needs more to it and a dev that cares more.

Great sequel!!! loved the first one and this one was a good improvement.
Didn't like how pretty much anywhere you went you always found a treasure leading you to another treasure (i.e. sidequest). Would have been more fun to just hunt trying to find them rather than it being handed to me.

OMG fix the boss fights controls suck during them... It has to do you with invisible wall collision I think try moving it back just a little.

It could use some further upgrade possibilities- I maxed out fairly quickly. Maybe an upgrade that lets you shoot more rockets, but at reduced damage? When hit, you unleash a short ranged repelling wave?

Good idea. Fun for a little while. But I'm only gonna call it a 2/5 because it has so many issues still. The boss control issue is a major turn off and gets very irritating very quickly. Text issues galore. And not interesting enough to pique my curiosity and go exploring the depths of the sea. Add some badges and fix the bugs and it could be a 4 or 5 with a little polish work

A few sloppy things aside, this game is pretty fun. And by sloppy things, i mean the bad English, the buggy controls in bossfights, the easily fixable Bestiary etc

4/5 would be the score for this game, but the freezes make it 3/5 at best, and one more thing: the targeting can be realy stupid, like it targetest the fish that is the least treatening... realy XD? i'd say target the closest target...

This game lags severely. I have a high end computer so I'm pretty sure it's not a problem on my end. It seems like a fun game, I just wish it wouldn't lag so much.
