Great game but is shows its age. If the combo system was fixed, the main towers were rebalanced and the more useless towers were removed I would be happy to see an onslaught 3

Very imbalanced game, in my opinion. I beat the medium challenge badge simply by making one each of the basic 4 turrets next to eachother so they'd all combo with one another. Upgraded all to max weapons, then I'd just come back every five minutes or so to spend my money upgrading their other attributes and getting different enhancing towers. Took a ton of time, was very boring, very easy.

Hard game even after you learn the basics. I played, I learned, I worked hard, I had fun. I won the achievements on Kongregate, but after that there's no more end of a level. It's just fight until die. I really enjoyed playing this game but nowit's over. Thak you.

To get the $100,000 achievement really fast, go into the tutorial and click next until it says "Your first combo". Then click "Show Me" and the game will give you around $14,000 to spend. Spend all of it on damage, range, etc, then go back and do it again until you reach $100,000. Upvote so everyone can see.

we can handle one wave at a time just fine. 2 waves at a time, no problem. 5 waves at a time, easy as pie. 10 waves at a time, ramping up the difficulty. 11 waves at a time, dead.

My turrets seemed too powerful for 1 wave at a time, so i tried 2, they still seemed too powerful so i tried 5, and the enemies still died b4 they got on the screen so finally i tried 10 and then my laser missiles disappeared and a massive wave of enemies marched right into my base and didnt seem to take any casualties on the way. impatience ftw!

@Zmutziq LOL I did the same thing but at 1446 kills, and was trying to get the 1500 kills badge. Serves us right for being impatient I suppose lol.

i have compiled a list of the most usefull combos for new players, i have indicated them by color, and the first in the sequence fires the combo, so make sure you have that one with the best range of the lot
b+b+r=nuke, high area damage
r+g=laser missle, very powerful
y+b=freakout taser (not an actual combo but still useful)
b+b+r+r=big cluster bomb landmine, a landmine that explodes into missles

This turns into an Idle game once you got a couple of sniper turrets in the center of the map with a big damage turret near them.

Pretty cool game. As a tip to everyone looking for the 2nd and 3rd badges, the 2nd badge can only be earned on medium and the 3rd badge only on extreme, even though it doesn't exactly specify that. It took me a long time to figure that out, so I hope this helps someone.
