the computer zilches all the time for me.
however, the scoring rules show that if you have 3 pair of two's, but I've gotten that set three times now, and it zilched me.

Okay, I know, it's me being stupid, but I don't suppose you can humor my stupidity by moving the Bank button away from the Roll button? I have lost some major rolls because I get excited about 3000 points and accidentally hit Roll with 1 die left! AAAAAHHHH!!!!! Well, okay...

Nice interpretation of an old classic. To those of you complaining that you zilch out too often before 300pts...learn the strategy instead of flaming the author. If you're zilching, you're holding too many low point dice.

Nice work on the game, gaby.

I love the fact that on a medium game, first three rolls for the computer - nothing (500) + nothing (1000 now) + 4 6s'. Next roll? straight. Roll 3? Another straight. Fourth roll? nothing+ more. Losing in like 4 rolls = epic. Fantastic game you got here, really balanced for a "random roll" game.

Good concept, but I never ONCE saw the computer Zilch. I think he knows what he will get next and so *I* take the chance, but he doesn't. Let the computer screw up every now and then :)

Despite what the description says, it's a luck game. Doesn't take long to work out decent strategy, which is basically the CPU's strategy. After that, it's all luck.

The game says that the computer is randomized...
But I zilch out before 300 50% of the time, while the computer keeps getting "nothing" on his first roll, and scoring 1500 points each turn. Computer randomized, my eye.

Just for giggles, I decided to purposefully lose a game by rolling nothing but zilches. Got my score down to -3500 points :)

Oh, and to the people complaining about the computer's luck... well, all I have to say is better luck next time. Get over it people.

Yeah. I don't know about everyone else. But the computer is way too lucky for it own good. 3/5 Needs tweaking. Also its a hardcore rip off of games like Yahtzee, and Kismet.

this game is dumb. It is so rigged. I beat the computer by 3000 points in getting to 10000, and he gets 3050 on his last roll. Worst game ever.

To Jingks (about 13 pages ago, not that you'll ever see this..) Yes, I did keep track of my games. Wasn't exactly 50, though close to (47 to be exact) Its not as much work as you may think. Throughout the day, on my work breaks I'd play. I calculated the probability of each scoring possibility, and simply wrote check marks. It took no more than 5 minutes of effort with the help of my TI83 calc. The sad part is, I really did play 47 games throughout the day....

wow, if this was in real life, i would have already shot the computer for cheating, taken the money, and bought another bullet to shoot myself. wow. -500/5

overall it's quite a nice game even though I don't usually like dice games. I like the interface as well, and the in-game achievements are pretty good - though I wouldn't mind badges as well!

naruto, it is not like yahtzee at all. It is a flash version of Cosmic Wimpout, except dumbed down because Cosmic Wimpout is really f**king complicated.
Also, truly excellent game. I love Cosmic Wimpout, and this is just different enough to be not a copy.

not sure if it's random or not, but sometimes luck seems to override the need for any skill... I mean, the fact that you have to choose at least one combo every turn means that all you can do is keep rolling and perhaps Zilch out before you can even reach 300, which the opponent gets Free Rolls pretty often.

Very good, thank you for makin this!
yep, it is random. it does take some time and work to start to understand how to play well. I dont think people are used to losing to the computer... haha. but i like it
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
May not be rigged...
But it's still irritating as hell when the comp gets two straight nothing rolls and regular rolls for 1000 points...and i struggle to make 300 points.
Something is off, and you need to fix it to even be a halfway decent game.
1/5

I played this game as a child. Under the name of GREED. Great game. Always want to keep pushing the boundary, and I love what you built. Great implementation.

Great Game. 5/5
Good Awards, completely random.
MY only suggestion is that sometimes, completely random is too random. Easy can be harder than hard, and hard can be a cakewalk. Change the randomness slightly for each difficulty, then it'd be perfect.
