Game is missing stuff for example, no ammunition types, staff work for free,some bodys don't attach to rest of gun police don't arrest random shooters etc 3/5

I don't get in the loading thing, that guy throws all those guns out, where he could have sold them at my shop, and THEN buy a new controller. Think this out, dude who always loses his controller.

I started the game, saved it, quit it, restarted it, and then everyone is 100% happy with the prices no matter what. I moved the price up to $42200!
