I love how the gun name is said aloud in a beast voice when you pick it up. A simple but fun game. It's a little bit laggy, but I'm going to rate it 5 because I know how much work you put into it from your blog. In a sequel I'd love to see upgrades and a bonus from outfits. Maybe other than kills have more ways to earn weapons. I'd just like to see a bit more complexity.

Mostly I like it. Only a few minor pet peeves: 1) Once a zombie gets on top of you it's hard to back up enough to shoot them, especially without backing into more zombies. They should either stop short enough of you to hit, or there should be a knock-back button. 2) The zombies don't feel varied enough so the game gets pretty repetitive before you can even finish the campaign. You should add a few more zombie classes (headless ones that you can't crit, maybe some slow crawly ones, some that get back up after you gun them down, etc), you can also add variety by using variable stat equations so that a normal zombie has a speed of 7-12, HP of 20-30, etc. 3) Unlocking new weapons makes the game harder as much as it makes it easier, because of ammo shortages that result. Maybe you should make weapons able to be toggled on and off, or have a set number of slots so that you always have a set number of kinds of guns that can drop.

I liked it a lot, though a "Laptop difficulty mode" or "Easy mode" would be nice: the final level is very hard on a laptop. I liked the weapons ALOT: each had its own quirks, leading to a decent amount of strategy.

It's a great game, but it could be so much more. Things like melee weapons, armor, dual wielding, upgrades, outposts or safe houses, and a level system (To name a few from the top of my head,) would make this game so much more. 4/5 for now, and I hope to see this game go far.

Amazing game, relatively easy, and lots of fun. The graphics are perfect as they are, though the effects are somewhat weird. Awesome gameplay, many weapons, although the RPG is a bit dissapointing. Player customisation, and you even thought of the fact that the game is very short and added a survival mode! 5/5, favourited, and my new favourite game on Kongregate.

Amazing game when I tried this game I realized there was something that made it stand out; 1. Developer that will respond to questions people might have.

A fun game. I like how you have to pick up weapons and ammo, it adds a variety that's missing from games where you choose your loadout (and almost always take the same guns).

Theres a bug when you pick up a weapon you shoot one bullet and it automatically reloads. (using a magazine) and sometimes it does this twice which uses two magazines.

Reading your blog and playing your game, your lack of enthusiasm for game development is really disappointing. You blame your fans for not rating your game higher, but come out with what seems like unfinished work. Maybe you should focus on polishing it and actually completing the game. Very disappointed with this so called "work".
You misunderstood. The game IS done. I was very enthusiastic about it while I was making it. I worked on it for almost a year. Looking back, I think that time could have been better spent. I love making games, but I should probably be using that time and energy on other more important things.

I beat the game and level 10 did took me a few tries. Honesty you made an awesome game the artwork was impressive. I also like the voices when you get a new weapon from the boxes. I am currently trying to get 100%. I read your blog please don't stop making games you are getting a lot better and maybe one day you will be a famous game maker like bezerk studios. rated 5/5. The game is great when you want unleashed your anger on someone who pissed you off. Good luck and have fun making new games

Game is fun but it would be nice to be able to select the weapons you use for each stage instead of randomly finding them in boxes. I am currently on the last level and the diffculty curve is perfect. The game does get boring after a while. I guess im not into trying to kill zombies with my crappy pistol until i find a box with a better gun. This gameplay works but there needs to be more types of game play. platforming, puzzlesolving, etc. Maybe adding a mission mode where you could rescue other citizens, build shelter to survive the zombie attack, or even kill boss zombies. I hope these are great ideas for a sequel if you do make one

In response to GB's response to daletvak, all of your games seem to lag for me and my computer runs games like BF3 full graphics... I think its just overloading Flash since Flash has limits. (maybe your files are messy?)
Oh no, sorry to hear it. You must have emptied your cache or something because the game does save. Maybe the Kong update did it. Not sure what happened, but it wasn't me! :)

I like how you can just use the sniper to go through a row of enemies. I think that a wider variety of zombies would have been nice.

Great game but I have fully updated flash, 8gb of ram, and an i7 processor and I still have lag. I also have all the settings in the game minimized. 4/5 just because of that, but otherwise great game.

i like this game! but it does need a little work the movement is a little buggy it could just be me but at times my guy will just keep moving regardless of if i am pressing the keys or not often to his death. i would love to see maybe an upgrade for the side arm and possibly even an upgrade system for your character. my last bit of criticism is the story line it didnt really integrate into the missions just a set amount of kills that progress into better weapons and the new zombies didnt really add to the challenge. but i still enjoyed the game and hope to see more from you! :D
Thanks for the feedback! It really helps. Is your Flash Player up to date? A few other people complained about buggy movement. I'm guessing that's the problem. I don't know what else it could be. Thanks for playing!
