I like this game but for the past month it's been hard to get on to play it. Google browser only shows a black screen even with the recommended add-on that this site says I should use. Firefox just freezes up my computer when I try to play it on that browser. Worse part is I only have this issue when I try to play this game on either browser.

The developers really have honored the comics here. Characters remind me just of the comic books, and special items remind me of specific books! Somebody whose job it is to bring their love of the world of Astérix and Obélix did a fantastic job! Thank-you!

@Poss8, I used to feel the same the very first time I played. Later on, I realized that it's a farm-like game and I'm not supposed to stay around for long. After upgrading the farms and storages several times, I can feel the change. I have 50 food limit now and can do lots of stuff at a time.

I am about 30-40 min in the game and I am all out of food. I can only wait doing nothing... Very nice game killed by lame energy system.

Dear developer, despite the pressure with Inventory it's still more than reasonable, with the growing requirements for high amounts of the same item, to allowe us to queue at least that number for production that is max for an inventory slot - in this case 5 or 10 + and give us a 2nd slot to queue in 1 more. That would make things significantly more convenient.

Nice, i'm loving it, but growing in level can become boring. No, sorry, it actually becomes boring.
Quests become more difficult (e. g. 'strong arms', crafting 7 tents takes an enormous amount of time, not taking care of crafting the intermediate items...), for what? 3 cubs, engorging inventory, and 100 xp.
Leveling up also becomes more difficult, and you have no significant gain.
Developing buildings after a certain level has an absurd cost. E.g. my butcher is at level 7, taking it to level 8 costs me 16.000 sxs. It gives me 1 sx more for cicle. A cicle takes 3 minutes.Sx cost will be payed back in more than one month, if maximum capacity is never reached.
By the moment I can't see any objective reachable in a reasonable time and giving me some significant ... anything.

Great. Crafting event that cloggs our inventory further with stack sizes of 5. Really, what's the point? You don't even get a new building oder villager, not even a skin for a building. Really, it's just annoying.

Hi,I played the game for a while now reaching lvl 39. and found the following.
The storage capacity is not efficient. You are force to sell items for low value that you know you will use but cant keep . and some of them takes a lot of effort to obtain. Then there is an issue with the production , I can understand long hours, but it should allow to to combine different items in the row and have a limit higher than 3. than will also offset the storage issues. As you can produce instead of sale. At this point is getting boring. Hope my comments helps developers. Regards!!!! PS: I have been playing Kongregate games for some years now.

It's really annoying that you setup a whole brawl just to find out your opponent is protected and you WON'T be barawling. Why can't the system filter the protected opponents?!

Dear devs, there's such a lot of useless items (like corsic cheese, obelisks, etc., and frankly, after lvl 40 or so there is little to none new content to *see*. Sure, you can upgrade buildings and punch up romans, but new content for the game ist really crucial in my eyes to keep up motivation. I want to see something new. What about Cleopatra for instance?

Is this game dead now because of flash?
I couldn't run it on chrome although flash is installed (and activated), switched to ff and since tonight, i have the same issue here. i removed and re-installed adobe flash, activated it and no change.

Dear Devs,
The game crashes every 2-5 minutes when I play on Google Chrome. It makes it extremely difficult to play and quite frustrating. I don't like Energy-based systems, but I know they can be useful. However, some modifications could be made to it to make it a little more efficient. Instead of producing 1 food every 15 minutes, why not make it 1 every 5?
I propose the idea that this be done in the form of upgrading your farms. At Lvl 1: 1 food / 15 mins. Max Lvl: 1 food / 5 mins. This provides a better, more stable energy-based system that doesn't disrupt the progression between beginner, mid-game, and late-game. It would keep the energy system scaleable to the player's progression without hindering them at any point as they progress. This would shift a bigger incentive on upgrading farms as they progress, proving vital, as having upgraded farms later on is very important.

One (or two) click too much: E.g. I want to grade up a building I need to click the building -> then upgrade -> then the upgrade itself to determine what you need for it.
As you always need the previous upgrade a simple rollover (over first uprade button) would do the job, right?

Wow amazing graphics, animations and ideas! It gives me the feeling to be back in time reading an Asterix and Obelix Comic. Just the gameplay gives me a big headache. Finding Bresola as an e.g. is pretty hard for a beginner, right? It says I cand it in Italy and that I've been there. Well it might be later in the game. Another thing is that tasks jumped from lvl. 3 to lvl. 5 buildings to get them done while the inventory is still a huge problem. There are many examples like this for me in the game. A huge gap between gameplay and awesome look!

@matthewgraves001: If you are using firefox, you need to clear the whole chronik (check every box). After restarting ff it will work.

@AnzuKadotani, @matthewgraves001: game stopped loading for me as well in Firefox, still works in Chrome (log into your Kong account first). But I hope it can be fixed for Firefox again soon, game seems to run slower in Chrome.

Really enjoying the game , only fault i have is the inventory space, lost so much thru not having space left, would be nice if you stopped work and was warned when your pack is full instead of continuing and saying no space and throwing item into the nether never to be seen again .
