Hey! Apologies for the issues - we were finally able to make a breakthrough and seem to have resolved the server issues. We'll keep monitoring the situation in the following days, but so far it looks good, and game should be normally playable again!

Unfortunately things took a bit longer than anticipated, and as I was diving into the issue and waiting on the system admin to check some things, updating the maintenance note more promptly simply slipped out of my available time. Luckily today we seem to have had a breakthrough, so hopefully things will be normally playable again - we'll keep an eye on it, but fingers crossed no similar maintenance required again!

If your game is reverted to a new save.
Try switching between bootcamp and warzone until the game loads smoothly and quickly. (Do this on the device that you are able to load the game; For example, I was using my phone not my computer). Then save your progress or save and exit. Try loading it on your computer,for example, again until it loads, so refresh until it loads your save. Hopefully this helps because I was endlessly refreshing without my save loading.

@Lehasj keep refreshing until the old save is loaded, sometimes, a few refresh will do but sometimes more, maybe 10x more till it's fixed. I also encounter that a few time and need to refresh again and again.

Saving issues are annoying. It resets the last boss fight and any fuel/gold you might have gotten from fights. But the support attacks and double damage buffs are not readded.
Manual saving does not help with this either. If you reset 30 seconds, reset everything to 30 seconds ago!

WZ basically has no impact on BC, or does it? The game so proudly says that both interact, but then only explains how BC affects WZ, but not the other way around...
There's several ways, some smaller, but some are one of the biggest longterm boosts:
- most gold comes from WarZone, helping you buy stuff in BC
- WZ weekly competition badges with BC prod boost badges
- CHQ reduce privatization reward

@Haggr: It does "literally" say so, but it still doesn't work. When I click on their Twitter link, it only shows one post from 2019. And on facebook, they stopped sharing the codes, even though it "literally" says facebook in-game.

Daily codes are shared on Twitter, which you can access via the link on that page. It literally says codes are shared daily and gives you the links there and people ask where the codes are repeatedly. Can people read?

Support units' damage grows faster and surpasses HQ upgrades after a few privatizations. At first, it'll be most HQ upgrades that gives you the most damage. For those who are curious.

So I've reached e258 on boot camp 2, I'm starting to believe the impossible badge is really unreachable in years if you don't start to spend money for it. I believe the requiremenet should be reduced to something doable for a free-to play in MAX a few months.
Remember that there's the country HQ reduction of privatization requirement available once per month, so that alone helps a ton. Also if you're going for the badge ASAP, long BC runs are recommended/more optimal, vs "quick deplyos for maxing out support units".

In Army Setup, "best ratio" works properly for "basic", but for "support units" it does absolutely nothing. I have no idea what to invest in. And where are the videos to earn huge bonuses, that the game promises? Lastly, where are the March codes?
Yeah only BC has "proper idling", even when you're not there, so only way to idle is having in-game AC on warzone while it's open.
Uncommon dev note: If you're so bothered, feel free to also use a 3rd party autoclicker for that - the game has preventions in place that don't allow it to be registered more than in-game limits. But once you get the in-game one, you wouldn't need to use a 3rd party one at all.
Nope unfortunately no way - the client-frontend architecture & how warzone plays is extremely complex to replicate idle time/usage for. Would have to rework whole codebase to make something like that possible unfortunately - WC is a 7 years old game, when active/clicking play was not as frowned upon. Would definitely make it different these days if making it from scractch :)

Ugh, the requirements for the badge weren't clear. For anyone wondering, in the profile "Score" and "Damage done" are 2 categories.
In game I highlighted the star on the left, it says "Score - Your damage done..." but this does not count for the "Deal 3M damage" for the badge :\
Progress definitely shouldn't be erased from an account - please try to refresh once or twice and make sure you Kong username shows up in the top left of the game. Perhaps you got logged out/not authenthicated properly and detected as a guest/new account instead.
