remember when u where in peewee football and they told you the best defense is a good offense... well that dosent apply to this game

also adding on to NoAccount4's comment if you have a conjurer in your part make shure he/she has the spell whirl wind equipped because the hydra starts in the back the main head anyway (btw its not always the hydra but just in case) because if you use whirl wind (also this dosent always work but its nice if you dont want to kill the other heads) it will go to the front so you can also have your meele attack it.

Oh, I was talking about the survival campaign when I said you need a cleric with almost every combo. Obviously in the other campaigns there's much more leeway.

Lol.. I made a team on standard mode and the only path I could take was the one with the boss. Great game still, but I found this funny

Lordkia, Thystonius, poison does stack. The only time you see a lower value for it replace a higher value is when you kill an enemy with an attack, where it doesn't matter.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I agree with Lordkia, poison doesn't stack... it even gets replaced by a lower amount if you hit a poisoned enemy afterwards! That's crap :P

not_spartacus mentioned, "for an extra challenge, I've been trying playing with 4 charcters of the same class." I've successfully done this with every class, and it is quite interesting. I highly recommend anyone who finds this game too easy to try it.

I would like to see the conjourer be able to summon a ranged unit or the manasprite be able to suck\burn mana from enemies. Why do the sprites even have an attack?

@ GriffinWing: The "Hydraskin Cloak" is the same thing, only for all classes and not classified as light/medium/heavy armor, and the "Ring of Boundless Energy" regenerates 100%. @ Comments and Dev's: Please make in the next Game, that "Cleave" hits other targets as well, if one of 2-3 front targets is in "Protecting Allies!" Status.

I know an item called the ring of boundless energy and it's a legendary drop from a Minotaur and compare this to the mystic robes, the mystic robes are rags because this restores 100% health and power.

I love the party image creation thing... I made Darth Vader the Warrior Alan Sugar the Mage. Illidan the Barbarian and Power Ranger... The Ranger :P

Mystic's Infusing Robe. It's classified as unique. If you see this item, buy it or equip it immediately. This item deserves it's own category, called UBER EPIC POWNAGE, because after every battle, this restores 50% of your health and power. This. Is. Amazing. If you EVER sell this item, I will murder you into next week, because this is the best item ever. EVER.

Tip. After you get 800-1000 armor rating, then focus on the attributes of equipment. If you can 1 hit everything, and/or recover 1/2 your health after every battle, then armor ceases to matter completely.

Just got to wave 50 before quitting out. The trick is to have a ranger with natures balm and use it on all your characters and summons. The 24 health regen it gives makes the game much easier. For the other characters i went 2 conjurors and a cleric. Make sure cleric has benediction as that is the only way to remove some annoying debuffs. Give only endurance stat increase for your characters except the ranger who gets dexterity. The extra health means they rarely die before they can be healed. Although for next time i think i will try remove a conjuror and put in a warrior with a spear in the back row. That way you could also use inspire and adrenaline and still have two spots in the front for wargolems.

This game is amazing in every aspect. Firstly, the music varies when fighting different types of monsters. For dwarves, the music reflects ruggedness and brutishness whereas that of humans reflects honour and so on. For music I give 5 stars. Gameplay is great as the challenge is just right, and the weapons also scale to player level so they do not become obsolete. The variety of stuff is just great. Definitely 5/5 for a lovingly crafted and painstakingly made game.

At first, defense IS the best defense. As you progress, offense slowly becomes the best defense. So using an Intellect ranger as a healer is not a bad idea. Offensewise, it can deal massive amounts of poison, and has great buffs. And it has pretty good speed :)

The number of times I have come back to replay this game, long after the badges were completed, is testament itself. Fantastic game, roll on MD3....

To sell items, you must find a portal scroll in one of the treasure chests. That will transport you to a shop where you can buy/sell stuff. Once you have enough cash you can also buy a preferred customer badge that allows a free trip to the shop once per level.

any tips on getting 50k points (aka the OTHER hard badge)? or is it just a grind. i find it tedious as a Warrior-Cleric-Conjuror-Ranger, but i'm only running 150% in bonuses (normal setting + Hardcore + Attrition).

Are these people getting paid to advertise all these products? Because they're startin to appear everywhere...........
