I keep hitting an issue when i earn too much. all production stops, even gate production. anyone else have the same issue, or am i doing it wrong?

The game's prestige system is awful. There's no *persistence* to it and if you accidentally reset later on, that's it, you're back to position zero.

returning the console seems to have fixed the issue, but save is now gone. (but that may be due to a save-breaking update, which is understandable for alphas/betas)

On my first playthrough, something apparently glitched out and the machine wouldn't stop giving more and more coins even though I didn't change anything. I don't think the speed was intended, because the denotations of the counter didn't go so high. (My units read Z for about 5 loops) I used the portal to try building again, left the game running and returned to find everything moving, but no coins being gained, no interest dial spinning and no narrativium being generated. Reloading hasn't helped. Add to that that narritivium doesn't do anything all that interesting and the constant twitter spam that would be required to get anything useful in the game (were I logged in) and I don't feel much desire to keep playing.
Sorry about that. The game is still in beta and I keep adding new features and fixin the current. I returned the console, could you, please, check, what is shown there and send me to general<at>cardswars<dot>com?

I love the idea behind this game. Having it respond to movements of the mouse and requiring experimentation, it's all good in concept (Though I agree with those asking for the ability to move things). But the game is mechanically broken. There's no consistency in response. I could spend an age turning a cog and get nothing, then one errant motion suddenly causes the machine to disgorge an endless stream of coins. Even when I do nothing and have the mouse outside the screen, everything acts randomly.

it would be cool if every upgrade made some visual difference, like with engines. the portal chargers in particular could use a difference.

I can't ascend(firefox and chrome). The game resets to nothing, not even a money machine. I haveto refresh the browser and start from scratch which is rather disappointing as I really like your take on the genre.
There was such an issue, but in the older versions.... Could you, please, check: are there countries' flags buttons in the options menu (bottom-right)?

Clocktown: when I chase a coin going over the narrativium-counter/machine, it's always counted as a machine tap, no matter how close I was to the coin's center, and the machine gives no option for not spending narrativium. please fix ASAP.

Nice game and I like that you are so responsive. I'm a bit confused on some of the interplay between the parts. Do engines keep adding power when the cogs spin faster than the engine? Also, I had about 5 mines my last playthrough and the green bar barely budged with many minecarts hitting it but then this playthrough I had one mine heavily upgraded with hammers and the green bar seems much more active despite less minecarts in total. It's strange. One last thing, There was no way of telling what the portal points were for until I clicked the machine after portaling. After I ran out of points it was THEN that I hit a screen that suggested leaving the rest to add rotational power. I dunno, a tooltip with a % increase in speed per point would add something there making you choose in sacrificing power vs spending them for bonuses, which shouldn't be one shots in my opinion. Not when they took several hours to generate to get a x7 speed for 15 minutes on a weaker machine.

I'm writing a new comment because I wasn't clear when I said : "this game is broken, when I reached mines I got Z coins in 5 min". I meant that when I got my first mine (100k) I gain exponatialy more and more coins to a point where It stopped (probably because I had too much) in only a few minutes

i have a "range error 1125". Had a few hundred coins on the screen, and then it froze. I think i was to quick in updating, now its stuck. Hope to see a fix

there should be an option to disable viewing the balloons, though you should be able to get the profits from them. Because when you have like 80 balloons the game lags like crazy.

I really hate the click and drag for upgrades. It's finnickity and bad UX. Just add a button that shows up when you click the item.

needs a 1:1 gear.... u have 2:1 and 3:1 ... only 1:1 size is moter makes very impossble to link gears without it... just have trails of gears that I cant join :( :( :(

hey mate, thx for getting back to me. love the game but still frozen up. this time a get a couple frames then it freezes (no red screen this time). It feels like a memory thing, i did have like a million coins flying..

little creature doesn't bounce much...and after about 10 minutes it's almost not worth even bothering with due to the fact that it seems to give 100 coins about 80% of the time (which is 1/5 what I get if I ignore it and just click my coins)

After restarting my game bugged, I have no money machine, just an empty field, and prices haven't reset... Am I the only one who has this problem? Happened twice now, but I thought first time was due to patches or something, had to restart from the beginning.

Mine right after i click "lets go" on portal to clockwork city. I still had 1 narravitium. after i click it, screen goes black. when i refresh the tab, I back to workshop 1 / day 1. when i click the portal, I on day 8 or 9.

Clockwork City from portal bug (as above): There is no visible console. I have a blank green field with all of my cogs gone, but my current prices remain the same as before I hit the portal. Upon reloading the page, it goes back to the state before portal with cogs present, but 20k narravitium is gone.
