[PART 4/4] Because of the sheer fun of solving the puzzles, and all is all, I give this game the very rare rating of 5 out of 5 stars. And I await »Use Boxmen 2«. :)

[PART 3/4] I also recommend making the text between levels more readable (contrast!), and maybe make a little cutscene out of it? (driving story.)
The gameplay is very strong here. (Even Yoda feels it. ;) So much is done with so little interface. Much respect from me, for this elegance.
Additionally, the simple graphics made for a very fluent gameplay, even on the notoriously slow Linux 64-bit flash 10 pre-release version.

[PART 2/4] Also there are only 13 levels. But the difficulty rises perfectly. So maybe this is just the right amount, and we can await more techniques for more levels in »Use Boxmen 2«! :)
There is also no real storyline here. (Another idea for Boxmen 2: Make the levels a more real antagonist/character, and let the avatar transform himself [in story terms} over time.) But this really is no very relevant flaw, because the rest is to great.

most people dont wanna use the walkthrough because they wanna be the game the right way instead of just usin walkthrough and gettin
nothing out of it

[PART 1/4] Man, I haven’t played such a great jump-n-run/puzzle since »Meatboy«. The theme is beautiful and cute, everything fits, it has some pretty clever challenges, and is just fun to figure out.
I must admit though, that I did not notice that you could crouch and use that to jump and the boxmen bounced off the invisible outside walls. So this would be two things to improve. (Eg: Add some thin outside walls, and maybe show that crouch technique somewhere.)

Apparently I am the first one to finish the last level? Wow, I'm honored.
I actually didn't think the game was that hard. It took me about 20 minutes to get through the whole thing.

Hallmark of a great game: when you finally look up the walkthrough to get you through a level, you find that you rejected the 'correct' solution half an hour ago because surely no one would create a puzzle with a solution whose timing is so damn tight. 2/5

kurlz, place 1 freind standing still, and then another running near the power box, and get on the platform, its takes awhile, but it will move.

I haven't read the other comments...but initial impression: Is that a mashup of the themes from Doug and Doogie Howser? Oh wait...and also Magnum PI?

on level 7 u go to the edge and make a guy sit down then you go back closer to the left and make a guy run at him.. it will then be very easy

To anyone who has troubble with #9: What I did was probe the space with the clones. It WILL take a few to several times to get it but trust me it worked.

I think its quite a terrible game. Obscure sollutions to obscure puzzles, some ridiculously easy, other super hard.
If there was a 0/5 i'd go for that option.

zouz123: lvl 7 the clue is leapfrog, what do you do in leapfrog, you crouch right? then the other guy jumps over him.

Gabr13l: Check the walkthrough if you are really stuck. Sorry I can't be more help.
This game is pretty good, though for me the game slows down if I have too many clones on the map.
