There is good and bad, but definitely worth the play.
Liked: balanced for the most part. If I slipped up I would die, and it was (usually) my fault. Nice abilities, level progression, and all. Really liked the lockpicking for loot, even though death by exploding off ledges became my #2 death (my bad). Well worth playing through.
Disliked:
- Wall jump is a thing, so it would've been nice to see it used in a few places. Same for how speed+ increases jump distance. For added replay.
- Final boss is tedious. Not hard, just tedious. It could've done with 1/3 of the HP and it would've been just fine. Or add an extra attack type, increased enemy spawn rate, something to keep it interesting.
- Bat feels massively less useful than other trees’ perk
- slots for pots gets tedious and no other money burn
- Is there an ultimate ending? Kept hoping for one
Gosh that's a lot of text for a game I burned hours on and truly enjoyed!

Love this. wish there was a status screen so i could see my stats go up after i grind levels so i can play the slots 20 times. Also, better stats on equipment differentiation. a ring that gives +1 attack replacing my +2 evasion should show me "+1 attack -2 evasion" instead of just telling me what the ring does.
Like it very much though. Games like this are what made Kong what it is. not idle crap.

Nice game, overall. The graphics and music are decent. The controls are a little uncomfortable though. Allow user-defined controls and you've got a winner. :)

For me it randomly freezes from time to time. It would be "ok" if I wouldn't lose the power ups (e.g. the achievement rewards. also the first guy that gives a stat bonus dissappeared after freezing and refreshing/reloading). Playing on firefox.

Could you please reduce the health points of the final boss a bit?
He isn't really hard or anything but it's tiring.
Doing the same moves over and over again until he finally dies.
50% of the current value would be enough. :-)

I've completed the game twice, second wasn't difficult at all. I really did enjoy it though. Nice game to see here on Kong.

On any wall where the character sticks momentarily, you can climb it by jumping, moving a tiny bit away from the wall, then moving back. I climbed over the invisible boundary on Level 4 this way.

Got bat perk at second camp Remembered seeing bat at first camp. Trek all the way back, get first bat, and it... replaces the second one. I'm sad you cannot get a bat army. What a waste, seeing as it'll fly ahead of you and die to an ogre pretty quickly.

Does the difficulty increase by 1 with every playthrough?
Since I'm considering replaying it until I have all the perks (especially the bat one) :-D

Keyboard controls are a little awkward, would be nice if there were a way to switch them around (or at least have attack, action, and sell all in the same general vicinity).
Other than that, really good game.
