The idea behind the game is very nice, but -personally- I'd like more of an actually turn-based playstyle: after a while the need for a quick click becomes annoying. "Quickness", or how do you call it, could influence the turn rotation. Aaaand we need character upgrades and something like "specializations". Last but not least: "Poison" is quite overpowered against foes with larger health pools. Just saying. :) Great game, anyway!

i feel like after a while, the only viable option for killing things is poisoning them and waiting. And Status Ailments sometimes show on the enemy and do nothing/never disappear.

Bug: If you change your position/ stance during any of the limit break scenes either your character or the fish disappear off of the screen and the limit break scene stays on the screen, Also sometimes only happened to me 3 times at the moment but the limit break scene stays on the screen over the monster and/or the character stays off the screen in other levels and the only way to fix it is to exit the game and reload. The slider is also semi useless as it doesn't stay in place and this is extremely annoying when trying to go back to a previous level, though it is useful to see how far you have until the end of the game.
this game aside is really good and would be useful if the weapons bought, character level or achievements unlocked something in the next game

I ran into a bug at the giant green slime boss fight area. the first fight I have to use my limit break since it was the only thing I could click, and the once I got into the fight I could only bring up my white magic menu and hit cancel, no other buttons worked.

sweet lord I think my ears are in heaven. seriously, love the sound, the voice acting slightly less so it seems a little, I don't know, unmotivated I guess. As for the game, It as great potential! However like others have noted it doesn't to have the exciting spin advertized (still a great turn based game though). I look forward to what you do in the future when full game arrives. 4/5 (4.5/5 if I could)

This game is absolutely great... 'Cept I am kinda having a problem here. My character died at the last fight, now when I go to any fight, he's invisible...
Like the enemy can still attack and so can I. It doesn't effect gameplay, but I like the artwork you guys did, so you should look into it. I will be screencapping it for you, so you can kind of see what I'm talking about.

so the final boss got glitched and didn't ever get a turn after I slowed him, Then he randomly one-shot me. sux cause the battle takes forever

Not too bad, pretty limited, and never looked like dying. There is a bug however with the poison indicator not going away on enemies after the effects have worn off.

There are a few things this game REALLY needs.
1) A few randomized sound tracks for the moves to play, like the Rage skill, and the Heal Skill
2) A bit of coding redoing, such as the Slow ailment code. If you manage to stack 2 Slow's on any enemy they became completely immobile and were incredibly easy to defeat.

Bug: After using heal, all I could use afterwards was White Magic (heal)... the attack buttons are not clickable any more. Was at the first "boss" (The Colosseum).

"TIP: Use your restore mana spell so you can use more abilities!" Or just wait, as the game stopped the enemies ATB bar, but not your mana regeneration.

i have not played for that long but i just want to say that the white magic regeneration spells seem to be way overpowered, letting you regenerate all mana no matter what

I am encountering a bug after receiving the powerslice ability. The attack meter for the enemies does not change, so the enemies do not attack, and when I try to use a power attack, I am left unable to use any attack at all. It prevents me from continuing the game.

That light copper sword is game breaking. The speed it offers combined with the massively powerful heals and abilities that restore mana allows you to have full health after every attack.

Thank you for adding a mute button right at the start when credits are going. Always like to credit games that actually do it. Of course the Armor Games screen still has their loud clashing sword sound effect even when muted.

Dunno if it was intended, but I managed to stack Slow twice with Ramei on the last boss. So the boss just sat there the whole time as he could not charge his attack bar while I continued spamming Ramei.

4/5. I liked the game, finished it, and look forward to the series. Just another thing, lmit break 3 does less damage than phoenix strike in attack position. Just doesent make sense to me.

Sometimes you won't be able to change stance, not sure why. Also if there's a chance to crit there should be a chance to completely miss. Looks good.

nice game. I like the Aesthetic. That last fight was a pretty high jump in the difficulty curve, though. It had at least five or so times the hit points of any other thing, and two consecutive big attacks from it killed my character without anything I could've done. Oh well. Cheers!

ya.... not really seeing the 'exciting spin' that was referenced in the info.
This game doesn't have anything outstanding from any other RPG's and may have less with only having one character.

Nice graphics and sound, but the battles take WAAAAAAAAAY too long. Takes forever for the bars to charge, and enemies have too much HP - the fights aren't hard, they just take forever.

Few bugs: limit break does not clean up its animation; "new!" icons appear even if we read/used spell - "new!" is always present for achievements; if enemy got killed by poison and we ordered, but not cancelled our next command than we still make attack and lose charge bar - however this could be left for "white magic"; if we poisoned >1 enemies and oneof them got killed its status icon (poison) is still displayed after death.

Well, tis is fun for abut 5 seconds, unfortunatly it get dull fast, many people have suggeted skill trees, i'll suggest 2 things, one is to make the "limit break" animations a little.. different at least, it's kinda dissapointing that mr.fish is always going to be stronger than you and doesn't lend to the whole "limit break" feel, more of summoing or something. They also seemed kinda bland, only felt like high level special attacks. The other thing i'd suggest as a balencing idea, in general the laster swords should probably be faster than the earier ones, most are here but the cursed sword... i feel downgraded.. still, it's promisng. Oh, and that final boss has wayy too much health in my opinion, i'mjust beaing him down while he flails around helplessly and i just want him to die already, and that's never a good sign.

I love this genre of games and my only issue with this one is the transition from battling to the map is quite clunky. Make the transition smoother and add sugestions from other comments and this could have potential

So after losing to the boss the first time and dying, my character is invisible. Now my fish is invisible too, I used the Limit Break Level 2 and he's gone...
