better than usual puzzle games, still you could make some sort of a ghost that walks the path i took once the fractures are reattached again and the level is completed
and Thanks
Understandable. If you're having some problems, try keeping an eye out for connecting pieces (posters cut in half, tiles that connect, etc.). You can always take a break and come back later, the game saves after every level.

This game should be front page. The mechanics of the game really synergizes with the message of the poem, and everyone should be able to appreciate that. Granted, I'm not sure if I got the note the devs wanted for me to get, but nonetheless, this game is quite good. Great game. Keep up the great work :)
It's on the front page under "hot new games". Just hoping for badges at this point... that would be awesome. The narrative is purposely left ambiguous so there's no real intent, from my (the developer) point of view, for the player to "get". It's entirely up to you how you interpret the story. Thanks for playing.

ViceN53-"I wonder what happen to the father. Did he leave her behind? Has he gone missing? Is he. . . dead?"
He obviously went to prison for molesting her. She's sad because she liked it.

The girl on the loading screen reminds me of the girl from Limbo... in color. You know... http://static.gamesradar.com/images/mb/GamesRadar/us/Games/L/Limbo/Everything%20Else/What%20it%20means/charlie_limbosisterend--article_image.jpg
It's plausible the artist found some inspiration there but it was not intentional. My only design constraint was to "hide her eyes" like the original character.

This game would've have been better if they would add hints. But still great job on the game! 4/5. I agree with phayd. The game is alright but it needs more better gameplays. Just Saying. But you still you did good! Keep up the good work GroZZleR!

This game Has everything a good game needs. The Story was beautiful and touching. The Puzzles were not too challenging, but still were difficult enough to make you think. The Art style is PHENOMENAL and the Music touched at my very soul. Beautiful Job.

Didn't save any of my progress twice. Couldn't see the ending. 1/5 stars. Flash had permission to save and with the lack of a level select menu I wont know how the game ends. Waste of time.
Only takes about thirty minutes every morning. If people are going to take the time to comment, I'm going to take the time to respond. Glad you enjoyed the game.

hmmph ... some ppl just cannot handle constructive criticism. I mean here I am offering up my geniosity to you so you can improve this horribly lacking "game" and that's the thanks I get?????????!!!

Awesome like the first one, only problem is that I didn't get the metaphorical story behind the poem but I think that is just because I am not that smart :D Anyway 5/5 :)

ive tried to like this...really have but it is so flawed. I find myself thinking ya know? who cares about the little terd trying to find her dad? and then I make her jump to her death repeatedly for about 20 mins before getting bored. now if she was a hot scantily clad college freshman chick with big bodacious tatas dressed ala sailor moon.... and you threw in an evil menacing pacman thing trying to eat her to speed her ascent to the goal...that would be AWESOME!!!!! and of course blood and screams and etc.

I had no idea about this developer, this game is fun, clever and not at all frustrating even when you have to go through a level many times.Well done

Let me guess, in the final level,You're supposed to climb and jump? Well great, I didn't even get that far. I accidentally used the wrong directional key and walked right off the ledge, which triggered the narrative anyway. Awesome game though, I love it. c:
Definitely not. It should be running at a solid 60 FPS. If you're using Chrome, try disabling the "pepper flash" player and use the real Adobe flash player.
Such is the nature of the human condition. Thank you for playing it through to completion, I hope you enjoyed the experience. Maybe you'll even grow from it.
In concept, sure. But this one has a larger game area (two extra rows and columns of tiles), more props, a more detailed and animated background and a whole lot of other refinements.

Can't you just make this a normal puzzle/platformer game? The writing is pretentious, silly, and doesn't add anything.

Very very frustrated. Something other than just a link to the walkthrough when one asks for help would be nice; as a first-time player I had no idea how the controls worked. I kept trying to use my mouse to fix the fractures. An in-game tutorial level or two would fix that issue, or at least instructions in the Kong window.
Lovely graphics and sound, and fun once I figured out the controls...just give us first timers a few tips before we resort to the full walkthrough.

Not sure if I'm missing something obvious, but I really miss a game progress indicator. If not playing the whole game in one sitting, it would be nice to know when I'm say half way so I can stop for now and come back later when I have more time.
You're not missing something, it's just not there. The original game was much shorter, twelve levels, so no one ever commented on how that feature was missing. I know for the future though. Thanks for playing.
Thanks -- there's actually many different iterations breaking down as the game goes on. I'll send your compliments to the musician, John Hughes of Twune.

I really like the game. I gave it 5/5 even though my file didn't save. That was the only problem I had with the game.

Had a good time :) I love how you came up to the idea to chop up the screen and didn't do anything else that is substantial to a platformer, but it changes the whole expierence. Like sayed before, sometimes you take a leap of faith and discover a faster shortcut (I think I found many 'unorthodox' ways to the ghost of the father :p). But for some reason I liked the first game more therefore 4/5. Thanks for creating dev!

The end message was scrolling so slowly I had to leave the pc to attend to something and missed 'the end'...... is their another opportunity to reunite her with her father, or is the last puzzle always a miss?
