Under rating threshold (show) I'm not sure if the critical refactoring actually works as intended or there's a problem between Chain of Muscle and Critical Spark. I have 50 points in Critical Spark, and 150 Muscularity with Chain of Muscle purchased, which should lead to a 200% critical chance, or in other words a guaranteed x9 multiplier. Yet sometimes, I simply only get a standard critical (and I know that the x9 multiplier shows up as Critical x3, so it's not misinterpretation.)

Under rating threshold (show) Dark waveform makes it even worse, should be able to go easily well over an hour if not 2+ on a single jump now, in an effort to get the 200pt upgrades to muscularity and legs.. ... for what purpose, IDK, getting psi is way too actively grindy. at least anger is easy with the weird duck, will eventually be able to get the 200pt upgrades after a few days in one reset i guess?

Under rating threshold (show) PLEASE change quicker ticker to still be useful when airtime^2 becomes your exp gain. Like Flinch said, progress becomes dependant on a cheese-y strat of micro managing your jump in the most painful way

Your EXP gain might go down a teeny bit, but the returns on anger and ceiling damage are well worth it, i assure you. Having you gain the same amount of EXP as before would be unimaginably powerful." it's not just a little bit, when youve got superdensity and you're gaining EXP to the squared... a 45 minute jump becomes 110,000,000 exp, which you'll never ever gain any other way. so each reset you've basically gotta sit there, waiting 45 minutes, doing a single fury to boost your damage when you almost die... it's super boring. letting time pass at an accelerated rate speeds up the BORING part of progress. please do it.

It's an issue on my mind. But there's also save data issues, UI issues, a general lack of content... Some of the stats that i've started keeping track of as 'vanity' will also be used to keep track of offline progression, so I am working on it even as I just add more stuff to the game. It'll happen.

Under rating threshold (show) Once you get Superdensity Muscle Routine, Quicker Ticker will tank your EXP. Consider 1 jump of duration 1000 vs 1000 jumps of duration 1. Without SMR: 1000 == 1000 With SMR: 1000000 > 1000 Unless I'm missing something, of course. See also the 5 June comment from PixelHead777

Under rating threshold (show) @BryanT166 you need to actually have an upgrade from the DARK Shop for it to be active. That means, the quintupling effect will only be active as long as you have that upgrade. Hence, if you delete it, the quintupling effect will be gone.

Under rating threshold (show) @Arakus72: Sharp legs has the huge drawback of reducing your velocity with every tick. Thus, the damage increase might not seem as big as expected. However, it still increases your damage. Just be careful not to skill it to the point that it ends your jump before toughness does. You want that exp after all.

Under rating threshold (show) @alandeanavery while the game itself gives no hionts towards comparing the frequency of jumps to their duration, once you have "Superdensity Muscle Routine" from the DARK-shop, longer jumps are preferable. Even before that, longer jumps are preferable, because standing around and waiting for your men to throw you doesn't get you anything. When grinding PSI you want shorter jumps, but the abort button helps with that sufficiently. And when building up a progress run, you want your initial jump to be as long as possible. 40+ minutes is not out of the question. What I'd really like to see would be an indicator telling me whether I will run out of toughness before cracking the ceiling or vice versa. And offline gains. And a chat.

Under rating threshold (show) I think the only way to illustrate the purported advantages of the more counterintuitive upgrades (sharp legs), would be to keep a rolling history of damage per minute for the last 5 or so jumps -- such that it includes the time from the beginning of the jump, to calculate in time losses from the Hired Men. Currently, there's no good way, in game, to see the exact numerical advantage of jumping more frequently, vs doing more damage and taking longer.

Under rating threshold (show) @12345ieee: Fury 100 unlocks "2 Friends, lots of enemies" which buffs Spite and Regret. 50 Spite unlocks "Even if it kills me" which halves toughness damage once you are below 50% toughness. @Eonzeon: You velocity rarely runs out. What makes it drop to 0% is Sharp legs. And since that reduces you velocity every tick, it will become so little that it displays 0%, despite you still having a value greater 0.

Under rating threshold (show) rocket boots don't "run out" that's just a graphic, additionally if you're at any floor not the first 15... rocket boots are only for the 0.4 damage from the psi upgrade, and that's not saying much lol... its because the velocity boost is linear and doesn't get boosted by anything else. so just your legs and the men are the heavy lifters *pun intended*

Under rating threshold (show) Slightly confused, having progressed further toughness is now the main issue...but for the opposite reason, it makes each jump take close to 1 minute because my jumps don't end when my velocity runs out, rather i stay at the ceiling with 0.00% velocity until all of my toughness drains before ending the jump. Is this intentional?

Under rating threshold (show) @Pivemaskine: Sharp Legs is unlocked with the "Have 100 Legs" Achievement. Also, it does not boost toughness. It doubles your damage with every upgrade, but in turn reduces your velocity with every combat tick. (End result is still more damage, from my experience)
