Robot Wants Kitty was one of my favorite Metroidvania games ever. It had everything a game like it should.
Robot Wants Puppy is not a fun game. It is a terrible sequel with many problems. First off, you spend way too long weaponless starting out. Imagine if you started Metroid without your gun and no health bar. Dying on your way to defending yourself is not fun. Speaking of the weapon, the cat tossing is badly designed. Attacking your foes shouldn't make them more dangerous to you. Being killed while your cat is attacking your foe is some stupid BS. Also, it takes way too long to get the cat whistle. Throwing your cat and missing and having to go get your cat again is not fun. If anything, the cat whistle should be the first powerup you get and just have you start out with the cat toss. Also, why does the cat just sit there if I throw it and miss? Can't it at least act like a land mine to attack foes that walk by? I really hope your next game is more like RwK than RwP

You guys sure know how to make games! Can't wait for Robot Wants (More). But Kitty didn't like puppy? What abilities ensue from that in the next version?

Kitty hates Puppy? Oh the tension! This was a very fitting sequel to your previous game, Hamumu. I didn't think the concept would be able to be improved that much, but you proved me wrong. I love this game, and I hope you make another one incorporating the skills and talents of both Kitty and Puppy. Robot Wants Badges? I know I do. 5/5 excellent game :D

Hey man, I'm a professional game designer, and if you want to make your great game even greater, you should really think about making the cat retrieavable by pressing "X" again right away, with no need for a power-up.
There are, honestly, no clever parts that make use of this impossibility, it's not very integrated, and when you finally get the Cat Retrieve it makes the game so much less frustrating that it almost spoiled the fun of the first parts completely.
All an all, great game. 5/5

flying is very hard, it took me over an hour(excluding finger-rests) and at least 1,000deaths to get the secret smily face

I don't exactly like games where you HAVE to suicide to continue. Lag was also present. Lastly, when you throw kitty at something, and it immediatly barrels toward you killing you if not prepared, that's pretty annoying.

This one - like the last one - is simply outstanding. I found this one was a bit harder, especially before acquiring the ability to retrieve the kitty. The challenges were great though, with a brilliantly tricky leap to get the level-9 card. Keep making these, and I'll keep giving 'em a 5/5.

Every time I die, it lags, every time anything else dies, it lags, any time I go to a checkpoint, it lags. Don't like that.

First off, i gotta say, much worse than the first. The lag when it saves it really annoying, and in order to kill most things, you have to repeatedly die due to the monster running around randomly into you, especially on small platforms. also, the robot has lazerbeams and rockets and crap, why is he throwing a cat? lol..and the fact that you have to pick up the cat after throwing it is really stupid, because it just makes you want to throw the cat into electricity to save time and not get certain doom when you go to pick it up. first game was 1000x better, ill give this a 2/5 :/

This is an excellent game. The tight platforming mechanics of the original and the new "kitty" upgrades are great together. Plus I just love the idea that this robot chose kitty powers over the laser blasters he had last time. 5/5 Well done! The sequel: Robot Wants Sugar Glider.

Terrible, bosses are too overpowered, too much green aliens that charge at you at full speed the moment you land a kitty on it. Overall: -100/1

First, this lags REALLY bad, especially when saving. Second, you should be allowed to touch enemies while the cat attacks them. It's really annoying to be killed by them while they're running around randomly. (Love the animation, though ;)

i'm sorry, this game is not even close to the first one, i wish you had kept it exactly the same and just altered what robot was in pursuit of, this one just has so much repetition, and while i understand thats going to happen in games, this one just had to much repetition that was unnecessary, also i felt that the game lagged quite a bit and often for simple things
