Description
After centuries of mischief, a world-wearied Satan is seriously considering becoming a Christian.
To resolve a few lingering theological issues, he has trapped the Pope in Limbo.
Will the Pope convince the Devil to end his rebellion? Will the entire creation be redeemed? Thatโs for you to decide in this heretical interactive tale.

Great art style and overall presentation, however in the end it didn't feel that I had contributed anything to the overall progression of things. I understand the concept that you make your own decision based on the way your questions have been answered, but the questions themselves weren't connected at all. It would have been nice if each question could have branched out a little, offering a few counter-arguments to those of the pope's. Even nicer would have been the ability to completely stump the pope, though you may personally prefer to avoid the idea of one side prevailing.

Interesting, but listen to Fxie, story makes games all that much better, more so if the story connects. Still 3/5. (Just not my type of game, but still not bad.)

I recently received a message from a user who hadn't even played the game saying that the Pope does not represent Christianity. I replied to him at length and I think the reply is worth sharing because it highlights some other reasons I made this game:
"Hi X, I appreciate your comment. I disagree that the Pope has nothing to do with Christianity. If you look up โCatholic Churchโ in Wikipedia, the first thing you read is this: โThe Catholic Church, also known as the Roman Catholic Church, is the worldโs largest Christian church, with 1.2 billion members.โ.
I donโt know what your particular Christian denomination could be but this is precisely another problem I have with religionโฆ If God revealed himself to mankind, why didnโt he do it in a way that would leave no room for ambiguity? I mean, why are there so many different ways to interpret the Bible and thus so many denominations in Christianity?"

Thank you all for your feedback! At first I tried to make the game have more of a story with the questions branching out, but they soon grew exponentially and it was very hard keeping track of so many possibilities. Regarding the purpose of the game, what I tried to do was merely present some issues that make it hard for me to believe in Christianity. I just wanted to make the players face them and think for themselves. The Pope gives real answers that I found all over the Internet. They are not logical or convincing for me but they might be for other people, thatโs why the Devil is silent for the most part.
