I had fun with this game. It was a little on the short side but I think it would have gotten boring after too much more time. The upgrades seemed a little overpowered especially upgrading to shoot in multiple directions. I think the game could be beaten with that upgrade alone. I wish there had been more enemy types I think there were four to five tops but I suppose with such a short game that it fits in this game. Overall I enjoyed playing it and will most likely eventually play it again.

Enjoyable game! I suppose you could do more intense graphics, but for me the simplicity of the graphics is part of this game's charm. I would suggest however, that you add music and/or sound effects. And be sure to make sound and music separately mutable! (ie, make it so you can turn sound effects off but leave music on, and vice versa.)
Looking forward to the next version. 4/5 for a good start. :D

Oh yeah I like how the robot didn't totally develop gradually from a simple to a more complex form. Maybe you should evolve your vocabulary a little.

short and sweet. my only complaint is i hate when people misuse the term evolution. there's enough confusion among the masses; no need to reinforce the erroneous idea that evolution is somehow 'designed' as these robots are ;)

It'd be cool if you could buy little 'buddies' to help you out. Either permanent ones that would respawn each room, or consumable ones, that you have to repurchase every time they die. They could be on autopilot, or perhaps stay in formation with you.

You absolutely MUST make a sequel! This will be a great game with more upgrades, enemies, and maybe different weapons.......? Anyways, LOTS of potential in this game.

I know it was only made in 48 hours or so, so it's not that long, but It'd be awesome to get a sequel! Better graphics, more rooms, so on and so forth.

Thank you for making it so that the money or bolts or something dont vanish in the next few seconds, also it was very entertaining for the short time it lasted. Hope there is a sequale

Nice game! A few bugs if not mentioned already - In the room with the treasure chest w/ the rubber, I hit 'M' right after the chest appeared. Pressing M again showed the room - with all the upgrade points gone - but mainly the chest mnoved to the very top left corner, cropping some of it. At the last room, once it was cleared, the upgrade screen immediately came up and i could see the chest in that exact corner again.

Pretty awesome game remind me of robotron. Only issue which was already mentioned was moving and shooting with the keyboard. This could easily be remedied by making keyboard move and mouse directional shoot. That or maybe just have the keyboard input permanently change the direction of fire. So you are constantly firing but you can click the keys to change the direction.

Bug: After finishing the room with the blue circles in the corners, all access is revoked to most of the other rooms through the menu.

IMO the fireing should be qazxcdew
so AS would be z SD would be c WD would be e
But yeah the game is short to, It does feel like it has potential though. (also the power upgrade is preety much useless, as you one hit kill everything)
