Alright, I'm going to treat this as a first draught, submitted for suggestions.
The good: This game has pretty smooth mechanics and animation.
The Bad:
Lack of storyline.
Lack of variety.
Lack of closure (I need to end or level).
Other (neutral comments).
I think the explosion animation flashes by a bit too quick. It looks jerky and sudden.
The balloons are a bit too big, making it to easy.
Suggestions:
Multiple balloon colours, Avoid the black ones, get the gold ones for a power up.
Challenges:
For example: Get 7 green balloons to finish the level. Avoid all others.

This is the most pointless game I have ever played. It doesn't have a goal and never ends. Clicking an infinite number of balloons for no reason is not fun.
