When using the teleport, it's kind of like Portal so you have to think up of what you're going to do as soon as you use it. Like Portal your momentum is the same going out as you were going in, so don't be afraid to move into a passing stream of gunfire when you're about to use the teleporter.
Sniper: Great damage at any range (accuracy goes down if you can't see your target) and terrific evasion abilities (teleport and disassemble)
Heavy: Basically just big damage and very large bullet size.
Balanced: Generally you want to be up close to the enemy to unleash your weapons (though staying a distance and using 1/3 of your damage is ok too)
Fighter: Basically you wanna be driving around your foes and dodging incoming fire.

The speedy upgrade path seems to suck, not enough focused damage for the hard enemies. Also, finding the BFT was stupidly difficult, but that'll be fixed later. 4/5.

haha i was thinkin where the crap is those bfts....then you know you found it when you get surrounded and the bubble is basically the enemy.......and the stupid destoryer i couldnt find until i went at least 50 bubbles above the beginning one

dont use drone tank, it sucks a big floppy donkey ****, balanced heavy is the way to go, love this game beat it 5 times now

passed the game. Do do so requires choosing the heavy path as dodging seekers and hundreds of bubble bullets with balanced or speedy tanks was impossible later bubbles. unfortunately no achievements or challenge was awarded (tried twice)

I found it annoying how there was always bullets everywhere on the map, so the was no chance of avoiding them, unlike BT1, in this it was pretty pointless trying to prevent losses as in so many situations it was impossible. For bosses I can understand but in almost every bubble units had machine guns that will always make you lose bubbles. 3/5

The upgrades are an improvement to the previous game. But still, like before, I have no concrete way of knowing whether the bubble I'm fighting is a "menacing bubble of evil" or not! (Nice job with the final boss "cut scene" though.) I really hate how one of the tanks' teleporting ability works. As far as I can tell, you teleport to where your mouse is. Usually, the mouse is pointed in the direction of the enemy, so if I teleport I end up being right in front of the enemy -- a bit frustrating.

Well, played it a little more and I've got some more observations: first, the sniper moves are kind of awkward. I really wish that there were just a little bit of a pause right after you teleport, time stopping for just a second or half a second so you could get your bearings. Second, the BFT you get is incredible, the damage and the snipers and the HUGE number of seekers and... anyway. One suggestion, ZOOM OUT A LITTLE because the carrier takes up most of the screen.

i think this game exceeded my expectations. i dont know why, but for like many online quick games, not pc full - version games, the second ones are less enjoyable than the first ones. For example, the last stand 2. In this one, the addition of upgrdable tanks is what set the game apart, unlike bt1 beacuse of the monotiny of just click - click - click all the time. One great addition would be:
1. for like 500 bubbles, you get to change the top level tank that you have forever so the monotiny doesnt return.
2. More game modes. Like hardcore mode for the experienced (many), rimed mode (you know what it is).
3. Best addition, online mode. I dont care if it takes out the whole single player mode but if this is added, this game would be one of the best replay value games. I would guess o many others wanted that.

Downgrade from the original. It's far too easy to take damage and lose bubbles, and defeated enemies don't give an amount of bubbles proportionate to their difficulty; if a monster can inflict 15 bubbles worth of damage with a single hit, I would expect to get more than 10 bubbles for killing it.

Hm. Both better and worse than the original, particularly the various upgrades, which are simultaneously a fabulous idea and the most frustrating aspect of the game, since a lot of the upgrade paths make no sense. The map is a fantastic idea, but is balanced out by some of the bubbles, which are WAY too annoying to live (notably the "zillion tiny fighter" bubbles and the Destroyer bubble). For the most part, difficulty ramping is pretty good, and the controls are fine. Call it 4/5 -1.5 for the annoying factors +1 for the sheer dumb playability = 3.5/5, rounds up to 4/5.

ehh I think the bubble drop rate is way over kill, I went from heave 3 back to 1 because the enemy happpened to be right infront of me as I entered the bubble

go striaght line.. unlike BT1, the map is infinate. so if you go one way straight, you will see everything( altho mid bosses repeat about 5 times then boss shows up)

this is my fifth time beating this game i played as all the final forms i could out of the five my favorite is the ghost sniper its pwnage! 5/5 for sure and u really boosted the difficulty this time!

Can't find the BFT mini-boss, I've searching for more than an hour now.. Is it random or does it spawn in a fixed location?

ghost sniper pwns everything in the game
teleport seems bugged to me - when you teleport away out of fire the enemy instantly responds to your position making you have to teleport many times to avoid gunfire

wow... that is positively AMAZING. the fact that there are so many enemies, and unique tanks... wow. i am in awe. great job.
BUT, there are a few things that i would suggest. when you leave the bubble, all of the "life" disappear.. that becomes very frustrating when trying to maneuver around something and loose all of the life that is floating around. and also, i agree with banjomarx down there, diff. colors on the map when there are bubbles with enemies still in them.

Nah..the bubble droprate is good enough already. This adds a "skill" factor in the game...so just avoid the red dots :P
still a good game :D 5/5
