even if you go with the single bubble, guns on top of each other idea, it's always more fun to beat levels with tanks like these: A10035771

Half the fun in BT1 and BT2 was running around bubble fields trying to avoid getting hit by big-ass enemies... But now you can't even do THAT. 1/5.

one more thing i discovered. (not so) PRO TIP!!! guys, create a tank with nothing, no bubbles nothing, except for a couple 2 shot guns and a 3 shot gun. resize everything to the smallest possible, and just run around the side of the bubble randomly spraying into the middle. if you do that it will hit and kill most of the bubbles and attack tanks while they cant hit you because your so small. enjoy! [+] this so everybody can use this tank!!

Great game. I love how you can customize your ship in any way that you want. Based on the features presented in this game, BT3 will be awesome.

@Hoplitas I've been using a level 1 tank for the entire game, and I've found it to be much easier than using a level 4. I've also found regular bubbles to be fairly useless, because you can just connect a few guns and make your tank as small as possible

very good remake of all of the other bubble tank games. i love how it forces you back into the bubble, so you cant accidentally run away. "accidentally" cough cough... i love the new concept of actually having the bubbles heal you not evolve you. im also loving the editor options so you can create your very own custom tank. very good game. 5/5 and favorited. Oh ya, and one more thing... I HATE THE SEEKERS! god. there, i said it. im going to keep playing now. l8r

bam13302: try to put a single bubble in the class 4 or class 5 area (and nothing more), then put onto the same area all weapons that You like (I suggest placing them one onto another). If you want, remove this single base bubble (it is not needed at all :P ). And You get a super powerful and super small tank; best of all: the enemies will aim at the point where the center of the build area is placed, which in class 5 is far away from Your real tank :P

Needs an option to make an enemy lose parts after they lose a certain amount of hp, a more complex way of earning gp and bp, and a point in adding bubbles. Really, it may make you look cooler, but all it does is give the enemies more stuff to shoot. It's better to have no red bubbles, just put on some weapons. Unless you want to just have fun with a cool looking tank. Other than that, great game, 5/5, and I'm looking forward to BT3. From what I read from the description of it, it seems like it will be the best game I'll ever play.

i dont know about the others, by the small tanks seem really overpowered, the exploding pierce, 2 seekers, and... anything else is all you need to beat the game, a massive fortress of mega cannons, and other giant death guns seems to fall at the first real battle, and it still ends up with a seemingly lower DPS then the small one, maybe i just cant build a big one for ****, but i cant find a good large (class 4+) build

If you make a tank with nothing in the centre, they still aim there (apart from seekers). It makes it very easy, might be a glitch. You just wait at the edge, firing straight forward, and almost all oftheir bullets go between your guns!

Although this is a great addition to the Bubble Tanks franchise, it is missing something. It is that collecting bubbles is merely "health." Now don't get me wrong, I like the whole award thing after you beat an arena. However, I prefer that we get awarded based on our skill(If you get more bubbles instead of losing them, maybe more better awards? or exp and leveling up?) The older Bubble Tanks have something like that. Simply, I just mindlessly go around and shoot from the edge of the bubble arena and I win no matter what. Doesn't feel like I'm achieving much.

It's still rather... easy. Once you find even a half-decent combination of guns, then nothing can kill you if you merely run around the outer edge of the arena shooting. 4/5 cause I'd rather play the unending madness that is the other versions.

are the 'body' bubbles strictly for looks?
they dont seem to be necessary, (i beat the last 2 levels with a design that had none), and they dont affect the stats

I'm not a big fan of this. I find the customization needlesy frustrating. I much prefer the natural branching growth and the sense of exploration from BT2. however, the game is still very well made. 3/5

lil slow to the start but most deff worth it, making you work for it unlike most games just giving it all to you. and you know you gotta love it when the creator slams someone for dissing a game with no good reason for not loving a great game just cause they didn't blow bubbles when they were kids ;)

Hmm, im not sure if the developers will read this but ill write it anyways, I think it would be nice to have some sort of "achievment" system to unlock SOME of the parts, for example somthing like, finish this level with 100% accuracy, not getting hit once, finish it in certain time, only use certain weapon, ect, but still telling them what they have to do to get them and not make it all up to guessing, A different type i would like to see would be somthing like "the gun game" where if you use a certain type of weapon enough you will unlock the next one of that "type" and so on, hope SOMONE ends up reading this, cant wait for whatever is next in the series

Just noticed on little bug: Sometimes when you are awarded a part (i.e. in my case, Seekers) the avatar edit screen makes a different part available (Sticky burst was made available). This has happened to me a couple times with various parts.

Anyway, 4/5 from me, because I see, that with every part of the series You are trying to make something new - and that needs ingenuity and a bit bravery. I'm sure, that I will see bt3 much more polished up and with the ideas from here more developed.

I wonder, what You were doing this half year, guys :) The only news I see here, is that someone had an idea, to give the player the choice to build his own tank and levels - and here are the editors. Ah, and the possibility of sharing, what one build. But the gameplay is the same, enemies behave exactly like in the previous series - they are flying randomly and shooting with everything they have.

Finished. As I see, the main news is the tank editor. Weapons are the same, a bit less than in bt2; enemy types are much less - maybe it's good, because they were sometimes very similar, but I feel here it is too little of them. I have a few complaints. First is the tank editor, which is a failure (I wrote about it earlier). Second - the game is out of balance. The player has too much live, the enemies too. The result is, that one spent most the time dodging and shooting repetituous at different, but always harmless enemies. Third - there is too much similar levels, before new enemies are introduced. And that all is simply boring.

Has anyone had success with larger tanks? My experience with Class 4s is that even with a large number of spread or auto cannons they cannot kill drones fast enough, nor are they maneuverable enough to dodge enemy fire. Therefore, they have to rely on specials to survive, and that negates their possible damage advantage. Meanwhile, a C1 can be set up to outrun drones while dealing devastating damage with dual EPS (using aimed shots to take out heavies) or use a mixture of spread/SMG to take out drones and light enemies easily.

I like it, but I do have one complaint. If you're lagging, sometimes your bullets can pass right through seeker drones without damaging them. Being a precision specialist, this can really get annoying, since about one out of four of the times I fire it hit them, and then about one out of three of the times I hit them it's registered. It'd be nice if you could do something to fix that.

I loved the tank editor, it makes me actually prefer this game over the others myself, I like finding new combos of weapons and such, I'd like to see more done with the editor :)

What can I say? I like the simplicity of Bubble tanks 2. It was much easier just to jump in and play. This requires more tutorials, and is less fun. 3/5

while this game is well made, and has great (some even well implemented) new interesting features. it is way too slow paced. I mean, both the tank and the enemy tanks have a huge HP. probably should tune them down. gonna give a 5/5 just cause for a flash game this game probably took a lot of work, and i havents seen a bug yet.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Suprisingly, I'm not particularly fond of the tank customization. Seems like it should be fun, but I think it's more fun to just see the tank evolve as you collect bubbles. I also feel that this is the heart of what makes bubbletanks unique. I think that changing this changes the whole feel of the game into something that isn't quite a bubbletanks game.
