Is HeroInteractive paying any attention to these comments? I was enjoying other games' devs who were not only changing what needed to be changed, but also replying to the comments. And it's not like we're saying something that's stupid or false (like please make it easier 1/5 or something) we're talking about real bugs that we've all encountered, parts where the game breaks, and stuff that annoy the gamer (every gamer).

On another note, I want to like this game... I really do, but there are so many problems with it that I can't pick out what they did *right*. This was a lazy effort at best, and shouldn't have been released as imbalanced as it is. 2 days ago, I couldn't beat anything, but then I found the Burst tower and now it's not even a game. It's a walk.

There's several bugs with the achievements, for example:
I've done more than 1000 damage with a single shot, but not more than 500?
I've had 10 and 15 towers stunned by EMPs at once, but not 5?
I've killed 500 and 1000 enemies with a single tower, but not 100?
I've beat a level with 500 and 2000 bubbles left over, but not 1000?
@HeroInteractive: This is probably a bug in the logic of achievement detection, so unless it would cause huge lag or screw up the game in some way, you might want to remove tiered achievement detection. Alternatively, just make it award lower achievements in the tier if you get the upper ones.

Really needs a fast forward button. It's so slow i would send 8 waves at a time to try and speed it up and get killed.

How to beat insane. Make identic field with the picture, then call 10 waves at the time upped the burst one at the time and to full, also upped the anti ghost when needed. Then do as the other pic sais and win. Survival mode is too easy, my computer stopped being able to handle it far before I could possibly lose... other than that, love it

wave 657, finally got the achievement, at the same time, some splitters went off path (in the first closed path map) and are no longer targetted... at leat I got an achievement ;)

I seem to have encountered a bug. I've beaten the first 2 levels on normal, and can select level 3 on normal but when i get into the game it's on easy. which mean i can never beat 3 on normal and hence never unlock anything past that

Decent tower-defense game but once I got the basics down I wanted to get to survival mode, not play a dozen more variations on a theme. 2 out of 5 stars for that.

You should be able to play modes on levels that you haven't beat on the previous one. They are not actually in perfect order of easiest to hardest, especially for some challenges, so it seems odd to limit our ability to play them. Sure, there should be some limit; you shouldn't be able to play the final map on insane before you beat the first on easy. But I don't see why the extra modes (all dodge, fixed mode, night watch, etc.) should be so limited.

Right. So I'm pretty far into the game and i discovered a huge bug (in my opinion) which was also a huge letdown. This has happened so far in two levels in fixed path levels 1 and 2 in survival mode:
I wanted to make a mega mega tower, so i selected a survival mode in a relatively easy level with no ghosts (well, only cursed enemies). My first mega tower was area burst + 3 boosts (rate, dmg, range). 2nd mega was splash+machinegun+ghost tower+boost (i don't remember which boost). 3rd tower was slow+weaken+firerate+range boosts i think, and last mega was stun+beam+range+firerate. When i completed my last mega it all bugged out (that's on level 2) and the enemies lost their fixed paths (just ran straight to the exit) and also my towers stopped firing, along with a failed script problem (firefox asked my to stop the script, i picked continue, it asked me again, etc.)

i found this annoying glitch where the game lags like crazy and kills you after too many critters are on the screen. it lags very reliably after so many waves into the level and even pause button doesn't respond.

you finish most lvls by sending all waves at 1nce so it ends up a bad clickfest 'send next' ----> we need send all button

6.3 million area burst mega-mega tower + 10 million ghost area burst tower mega-mega tower. The numbers you can get are pretty ridiculous lol.

hehe endless mode on the first level with 4 megamega towers at ~250k damage and 4-4 speed is making my game lock up... on the plus side, I"m on wave 600 and nothing can even make in on-screen

Found an odd glitch where I only had dodge only level unlocked and selected it, but started the level and it was the easy set, and after winning easy was unlocked on the next stage. The original stage has easy locked with the star filled in

Hey. I don't know if it's a bug, but on level Open/MiddleMess/20 and something, a small splitter started behaving like a ghost, ignoring the path and going straight toward the end. Is that intentional? Just wanted you to know...

Still a fun game, but needs polish. Twenty-two levels in total, but they try to stretch it out by asking us to play each one twelve times. The interface has some brokenness, for example the Next Level button doesn't work right. Every level (?) can be beaten by an area-damage tower plus a range-increase tower.

Not only do the splitters still jump the corner-corner towers, but they can now also jump the slightly overlapped towers too! This is an excellent way to make a slightly annoying bug into a very annoying one.

Good game but balance sucks: mega-mega tower almost impossible to build, number of waves much be bigger, bonus for early wave is too big, bonus for killed bubbles too small, "survival" mode bubbles have to fast power progression.

Best Tower defense game ever created. Hands down. The mechanics are amazing. I remember one time i sat for a couple of hours playing this. 5/5 :D

Ah I see you have to Upgrade to the Premium to even stand a chance of playing this game. Greed with be the down fall of HI.

ok enemies Have way too much live on level 1 I die and that with a swarm of towers. Needs a lot of Balance work. How this has such a high rating I can't figure other then having paid people in some manner. I'm revising down to 1/5 needs a lot of work. Feels unfinished, unpolished, and lacking in so much of what is to be expected of HI.

When there are a ton of enemies on the screen, the game lags so badly when you try to place a tower (since it's recalculating pathfinding for everyone), that the enemies jump forward and in most cases you can't even place the tower in that spot anymore since the enemies lagged into that square.

Is there a reason to build anything other than one ghost tower and a burst tower? Upgrade both to max and then three support towers around burst for win? slam all waves right away for bonus cash for upgrade costs and your set.

I got a glitch, I finished the lvl and the last guy got through and now I am just sitting here and the lvl won't say i completed it. I have one life left, and the I never killed the last guy but i completed the lvl with 1 life but won't said i finished the level.

Dodge creeps counter non-AOE towers... but the Area Burst towers themselves have no counter, and will happily kill all the waves at once, if you upgrade them appropriately. This makes the game fairly shallow, sadly. To fix this, I'd recommend a 'Heavy EMP'; on death, they disable whichever tower killed them, instead of just the nearby towers. That'd be enough to stop you from beating all the waves with one tower, at any rate, and allow for more diverse strategies.
