The criticism people are making on this game is very valid points, but they are all points that were made years ago and issues that were fixed in sequels. Keep in mind people you are playing a game that is about 5 years old now.
Back then I loved this game and now I can't believe how frustrating it is... Damn this badge of the day, I beat this game before I was playing games on Kong...

fun, but after my tenth time of having to go back a bubble even though i started that little world with the burst fire tank, it got really annoying.

I'm having trouble moving around, nothing happens when i push any keys, even if I change them. Shooting works, but nothing else. Anyone know what's the problem?

Chairchucker, I don't think they actually go through every day and decide what game they want to put as BotD. It's most likely randomized with certain guidelines (no impossibles, hard ones less often).

Wow, I love how just tapping a button can send me flying out of a bubble. Which means I have to start completely over in killing this shit.

Where is the auto-fire? All i see is strong monsters, and i'm can't level up, and i don't know why. I've finished the game once, and now i can't choose the weapons when i level up.

Interesting that you choose to make this badge of the day, when Bubble Tanks 2 makes this game completely redundant and just serves to show how frustrating this game is in comparison.

So as you walk around, you finally meet a bubble full of projectiles and all, and you realize you did something cool when you get the badge. But the game doesn't end, so it's sort of sad.
Also, yes, autofire would be useful.

I know it's not great, but I wasn't looking for anything fantastic either. The only reason I'm playin' this game is to get my PowerUp reward points, but I can't find the blasted boss. It also doesn't help that to me personally, this game isn't that enjoyable.

Either I have to move into a bubble and stay still or I fly from bubble to bubble with no control....awesome it is not. BT2 is much better, stinks this is badge of the day

the nice thing is, All those recommendations have been fixed in Bubble Tanks 2. Either all of you guys had already played it, or you really need to!

I can't find the bubble monster, I went to the ends of the world and killed everything and have nothing to show for it. Terrible game.

When I was a teenager, I had a nightmare where I moved from room to room with no end in sight. I found this nightmare again with Bubble Tanks even if there are enemies to kill. This one should win the prize of most repetitive video game.

I remember a much more entertaining version of this game. This one is horrible. No real way of telling what when you're getting to an upgrade/downgrade boundary, no way of controlling your ship upgrades, nasty fire control. urgh!

-3 points for no auto-fire and making me CLICKLICKLICKLICK like an idiot. Not only is it painful and irritating, I accidentally clicked on the banner when moving the mouse away from the screen causing all my progress to be erased. It's amazing how a lack of such a simple feature can totally ruin an otherwise good game. 2/5
