the shipd need some balancing, as AmpZaphrix sad the Bullet Storm is far to powerfull and mostly the best ship you can have in the game because of ther long reach o the bullets and the special missel that deals good damage even wehn shoot directly at a ship.
The Later ships laks in fierpower or movebilety, worst case is the flame througher ting, it shoud make damage in close combat but makes less that the bullet storm when firing the special missel to all the time.
Cool whoud be that the ships had slots where you can put in you own weapon lay out so you choud have the weapons you like and some neat specials too ^^

Sooooo, it's basically Bubble Tanks but with more dodging, less upgrades and cheesy conversation? I expected a bit more than the same engine with new graphics.

Reasons why I like this game:
1) It's entertaining
2) Actually I like this kind of games
3) The funny comments of the characters!! :D

Only problem is the tracking mines - they follow you forever, can't be shot, can't be tricked into hitting the enemy, don't even vanish at the end of the wave... really annoying! You should at least be able to shoot them. :(. 4 star otherwise - fun game, although too easy, but that can be fun sometimes as well.

I only hate the part that you can only get good weapons by buying ships - not weapons alone. Customization of the ship would be great - weapons, speed, health, weapon slots (or cargo weight or anything you can think as a limiting factor to weapons) and anything you might add. It's good now but it DEFINITELY could be better. Evo is good but.. ships that evolve aren't really logical but it's up to you.

I understand that you play as a chick who loves metal and the ships are also metal themed, but the soundtrack of the game is not metal...kinda kills my expectations. But the rating of this game is 4.5/5. Its really fun and nice.

Yeah ofc this game is very easy BUT guess what ? is what ppl like now :/ this is sad, now a game is a succes if you don't need to think to survive. just hold your left button and rulz the game without your brain §§ FCKING PPL.

Regen after each wave.... really ?
I can stay still and just aim to kill since you must be REALLY bad to die in this game.
Nice concept, however. 3/5

The aliens always go on about how they are the best and humans suck and my ship i scrap, but it was the humans who found the artifact, it's the humans that have the high tech ships and the best fighting skills:D

The game definitely needs some kind of an upgrade system. What I love in shooters of that kind is when the game lets me customize my ship the way I want. IMO the scraps from defated enemies shouldn't refill health bar. It's just so hard to die in this game that it brings almost no challenge for the player, thus making it boring. 4/5.

@Frumpledorf: So there's no such thing as a bad game or book? Because I'll probably never make/write one? That's totally sensible, sir. Brilliant, in fact. In any case I'm not "whining about [the game]" or even "hoping they'll change it." I'm logging a series of genuine complaints. What they do with that knowledge, or if they even care to look at it, is up to them. And as anyone who HAS ever made anything knows, constructive criticism is more useful than blindly playing a game and rating it up or down.

step-by step guide on how to make this game better
1:make everything take 25% more damage (including you) and halve the health gained from scrap
2:add upgrades
3:???
4:profit!

ps. I felt like exploring bubbles felt more like outer space and outer space itself felt, and is, literally a bubble.

Big fan of BTs but this was disappointing. Compared to BT the music is subpar, the music in BT was awesome while the music in this game feels like it's some bad techno from the 80's. Controls are superb as always, kind of repetitive, no weapon upgrades. Honestly I think you guys went backwards with this one. Some of the elements that made BT such a good game was extreme customization in the end of BT (3 and 4) and freedom to explore wherever. It's hard to top a game like BT but this was just a step back from that...in my opinion.

I for one am glad to see a game that addresses the risk of constantly running into/bouncing off of invisible walls in space.

ehm a game called Dead metal, metal-style desing, girl with black hair, piercings and spiked collar, but the music... the music is techno shit.

i think this games needs achievements, with scrap rewards to give u something else to aim for, instead of just blowing stuff up

For the last level I decided to try something different. I flew around the circle counterclockwise, instead of clockwise. Other than that, the same exact tactics (flying in circles while holding the mouse button and the spacebar) did the job, as they did for the rest of this "game." Next time, add some variety, some challenge! And yeah, more than one song for that long of a game, please. And a decent ending, with some conclusion of the story. Oh, and a better story.
Know what? Next time gimme a call. I'll write the script. It will be suspiciously close to a TV show who's name rhymes with "Tar Strek," but you can't argue with success...

How to beat this game in three easy steps:
Step 1: Save up 3500 Scrap.
Step 2: Buy Bullet Storm
Step 3: Circle strafe and scream "WAAARGH!" for 2 hours. More dakka indeed,
The game isn't just about "beating" it, it's about doing it in the way you like best. If that's your approach, go for it. I personally enjoy trying the different ships and stomping them in each of the different ways.

First Upgrade? 500 scrap. Time manipulation? 6,000 scrap. The most powerful ship in the Galaxy? 30,000 scrap. Going through waves of hundreds and hundreds of enemies, decimating them and coming out without a scratch? Priceless.

1. Maybe this is a touchpad issue, but please freeze the game when my cursor goes off screen! My ship would suddenly be dead in the water. Dying on wave 9 that way is really frustrating. 2. I do feel the game is a bit of a grind -- in Bubbletanks I was always wondering what the next bubble would bring. The feeling of exploration, paired with the run-n-gunning was golden. The only thrill here is seeing new enemies for the first time, or buying up ship types, and those are not frequent enough to offset the endless strafing. I know this game was kind of an experiment, so there's only so much development that went into it. It's fun to see the engine reinterpreted.

There are two tactics in this game: you can rotate around holding the fire button OR you can rotate around the other way holding the fire button. Do that for a few hours and you've finished the game. Congrats now go play something fun like bubble tank!

I lol when players like Corrupted12 just sit there and straight up tell the developer how they should make their games like they are a pro or something and yet you will never see a game made by them. I mean it's a web game for F's sake. You want top of the line then go play xbox or ps3. I remember a time when if you played a game then that's what you got. No jumping online to whine about it hoping they will change it. No googling guides. Too easy? Tough. Too hard? Get better or hit the bricks.
