This game is a great new spin on the origional tower defense games. It resembles the TD's with no set path where you have to build your maze more than the set path ones like Bloons TD. The song is amazing and I just love pirates! Great game and I am happy to hive it a 5/5

Pretty good, however the jump in difficulty from Easy-Medium is redonkulous. Late level upgrading is also slow and arduous. At level 100 getting such a small amount per a kill is confusing. Needs some rebalancing, but dont mess with the song.

It's an excellent concept, having to push the pirates around and into other harmful traps but it could be used slightly better.

Great game idea, makes boring TD pretty nice, good tutorial and nice main menu XD But i have to decrease it from 4/5 to 2/5 due to limited contents for other websites...

I really like this game, however it is way too easy. More modes, badges and a way to stop the lag at the end levels of the 101 should be put into the next one. Good job!

There is almost no use for the Crate Barrier by the way. The swing and tree traps block more area and are the same price. You might need 1 or 2 Crates to narrow a 2 gap, but that's it.

Not sure why everyone's saying it was too hard. True, there's no pause feature to give time in between waves to build up, but if you're creative, it shouldn't be that tough. Avalon1189, every weapon is described with a short video (just a picture for crates) when you hover the mouse over it. The instruction manual was incredibly detailed, I don't see what's wrong with it. Here's a nice strategy for those who can't beat the damn thing: upgrade the bee hives to hot coals. They're damn efficient. Make sure to link as efficiently as you can, it's not that hard. I understand some people think traps aren't new, but using them this prominently with towers as a secondary option IS new. Also, there aren't that many TD games that involve shoving the enemies around with this much strategy. EXCELLENT menu and end-song, absolutely hilarious. This is a TD for thinkers, not lazy people, so fair-dinkum to those who were hoping for something to relax with and were disappointed

fun, way too easy to confuse the heck out of pirates with lures. try some simple mazing strategies with lures everywhere = ezmode

looks interesting but... I'm usually pretty good at tower defenses and this game seems impossible to me. The pirates ignore my triggers and lures and the starting towers arent even strong enough to kill the starting pirates by themselves

This game seems to be a breath of fresh air for the genre, though it has some significant problems. The AI is incredibly dumb, as I had several guys just stand there after I attempted to juggle them. The different towers definitely need upgrades too. Its just silly that the one upgrade choice is meaningless since the final upgrade from both arrow towers is the same.

fun but you need a better instruction manual, by giving us a preset one, it doesn't teach us anything. for something new like this, you'll need to introduce each of the traps and how you use them.

A little too fast to provide enough time to strategize fully. Switching to linkage mode and back gets tedious. Isn't there a way to do it all in the same interface? Maybe simply drag the existing items rather than switching the mode? Why can't I just drop a trigger then drag it onto something to immediately activate it? Still a good game. 4/5

Eh...4/5. Innovative, but seems to make the whole simplistic tower defense concept a bit too complex. I like TD games because you can just be kind of lazy if you wanna. This misses on that count for me.

the song is awesome and the traps combos are amazing i wish there were more levels rather than the same on different difficulties

While I enjoy new takes on TD games... I don't think I enjoy the concept of this one. Maybe I'm just stubborn, but I don't feel like learning how to work the Towers to combo each other and such. 3/5
