My setup for "the last city":
1x Dual Machine Gun (front, low slot, max dmg)
1x Shield Gun (protecting Dual Machine Gun)
2x Orbiting Mines Tower (front, high slots)
1x Time Gun (back slot, max duration)
The mine towers take care of all the stuff that flies around and behind you. With the dual machine gun you can focus on taking down bigger threats. With the time gun all towers profit: The mine towers can regenerate their mines while the machine gun takes out all visible enemies. Even the final boss can be finished like this, with little health left once time moves again.

How can you buy only a sniping cannon when you only start with $2500? Secondly, how can you get the bonus if you lose the mission?

Buy ONE sniping cannon, and that's it.

Just did the Kongregate Challenge Mission. The clock started at 52 seconds for some reason. I didn't last very long but my accuracy bonus was 16,000 pts so I got the badge - without really doing anything. No complaints here...

The absolute easiest way to get the Medium badge (and I'm surprised no one has said this yet) is get the Apocalypse Cannon and the rest as Shield Generators. I can get off at least three shots, and that's all you really need, and since it never misses... see where I'm going with this?

Great game. had a hard time with the last wave on my first try. Best strat - Dual machine gun, rocket launcher, decoys, mines, and damage amp.

Last level, get a Double Machine Gun + 3 damage buffs, then a 4th damage buff when you can. Eventually your machine gun's doing 10 damage a pop...epic win.

Finished Ocean Guard and didn't get my card. Really have no interest in playing this game through again, it wasn't that fun to begin with. Guess I'll just live without the card

I hate this game with great, flaming passion. Ok, good job, it's well made and all, but I can't stand it. Your whole 'deluxe content' bit makes me hate you even more.
This is one card I'm not even trying to get.

the easiest way to beat the hard level is to have beaten all other campaigns first(not deluxe) and then a dual machine gun a sniper and 3 damage buffers, at level 2 the sniper can do 3 damage per hit, and by the final level the dual machine does(if only upgraded for damage) 8 and the sniper(if uped for max reload first then all into damage) does 99 damage, on kongregate challenge, to beat full through(beat entire wave) its easiest to have 3 sheild's and 1 dual machine gun, the 1st sheild protects the 2nd which protects the 3rd which protects the machine gun.

Minigun(Health fullu updated but Damage half(or full of u can))
Metoer Summoner(Fully upgraded)
Health Puffer(or buffer)(fully upgraded)
And the turret that relaeases drones i forgot what it name was(Fully upgraded)

It keeps screwing up the placement of my turrets so i cant shoot right,like it will put my turrets in the top left corner a bunch.

meqaleet you're right I got four cannons from the beggining (duh) I only beat like one elite kongregate juggernaught and then I died
p.s. THE SITE THINKS THAT KONGREGATE ISN'T A WORD AND HAS THE LITTLE RED LINE FOR MISSPELLS UNDER IT.

Game is pretty fun, after you realize that the heavy cannon is not useless. Because it gains 3 damage per level up, the main cannon is your best friend. I suggest a combo of Heavy Cannon + 3 damage buffers, or Heavy Cannon+Dual Machine(for shooting behind you)+2 damage buffers.
Always want 2 damage buffers.

Never use plasmid guns. Always double machine gun and a shield to protect it.

Med badge: when you place a turret (not in storage) you get 17 upgrade points. 1 d-machine gun 1- damage multiplier, 1- shield turret. 1 of whatever you want. Easy..

Last mission of Frozen Peaks (And I do swear by a certain combination of a damage buffer, drone maker, dual machine gun, and sniper cannon.) just use the sniper cannon on teh shield machines. Problem solved in one clean shot.

I used 4 plasmids for the Eastern Plains, 4 decoys and 1 machine gun for the last city and 3 missle and one heavy for everything else. Those all worked great for me. The only problem was the last level the ocean guard. Anyway...this game is great but really needs a repair all button.
