Okay so I've been playing for quite a while now and really enjoying it... until now. Once you get to the Golem Ent, you basically hit a "now you gotta pay to continue" barrier. To defeat the golem (according to the Mods) need to buy the Druid (7k emeralds) or 2nd level Mage (20k emeralds). With daily awards and stuff found, you can get maybe 100 emeralds per day, which means at least 70 days grinding just to buy the Druid... I get that you guys need to earn money, but a spirit-crushing grind just to progress is a bit much! Give some thought to re-balancing?

Emeralds are also to be found in large quantities on the road and in the snow dimension, so the actual time to collect emeralds is likely to be much shorter. Also, that the game often has events and promotions with gifts (such as free portals), with which you can get additional emeralds and other valuable reinforcements.
As for the donation, we assure you that we have many players playing without it. Yes, it requires additional, often routine efforts, but in general we try to find a balance of interests between players with different opinions on donation.

Yes, sorry about this bug, we have fixed it already, but those players who have completed the quest before have incorrect database records. But soon tech support will have a tool to manually fix such things. Please be patient, we will get it fixed soon.

And on the green health crystal, it should say "not losing health" instead of "loosing." But to leave the subject of proofreading, is there--or could there be introduced--a way for us to see the ranking of all the players in the arena by their respective ranks?
Seems like some of our staff have become too confident in their knowledge of English grammar :D Regarding the arena rankings, is it possible that your question could be answered by the "Rankings" section (icon on the home page)? Within that section there are subsections: by strength, by level, by arena. The last one opens the rating you are interested in, if I understood you correctly.

Is there a list of Mirrorland weapons somewhere? The maximum potential disappears from the descriptions once they are purchased, never to be shown again. When it comes time to remove lesser weapons to pick up newer, stronger ones, it's been so long since I last saw the complete descriptions I can't recall the specs. It would be helpful if you simply included the "max" number for offense or protection.

Unfortunately, there is no single comprehensive list of weapons. However, the higher level of your best win over the monster, the higher level artifacts are found on the roads, as well as appear better artifacts in the shop. You can see the specs of the artifacts by clicking on the artifact itself.

I was surprised when there was a holiday elf today, since it's not a holiday in the US, where I am. Is there any way the name of the holiday could be included in the dialog? I had to look it up on timeanddate.com to find out "Spring and Labor Day" was its name.

Some suggestions: let walk back, so we don't lose things when a incredibly powerful party annihilate mine. Or redo the balance, because some fights are easy mode, and others nightmare, no grounds between.

About the English translation--for all of the heroes in both the regular shop and the clan hero shop, the word "rank" is always misspelled "rang." Also, in the clan hero shop, the description of the ranks is in Russian for both the Druid and the Witch rather than English. If these could be fixed, that would be great. Thanks! :D

When I tap the experience meter in the upper left corner of the screen, it says I'll get +1 health for every level I gain, but I've noticed that the higher my level, the more health I get when I level up (I'm getting +6 health or so right now with each new level). Can this wording be updated to be more accurate, please? :)

One more comment about the English translation--in the arena, in the rankings--numbers 1, 2, and 3 take different ordinal endings than the other numbers (like the "th" as in "4th/fourth"). They should be 1st ("first"), 2nd ("second"), 3rd ("third") reflecting the way they're pronounced in English. This applies for 1st/first, 2nd/second, 3rd/third, skips the teens (11th/eleventh, 12th/twelfth, 13th/thirteenth), and recurs again afterwards (21st/twenty-first, 22nd/twenty-second, 23rd/twenty-third, and so on).

the hat event made the game drastically more difficult because it forced Sartorius on me as a reward, so now most battles have 5 enemies each, all of which tend to be too hard to beat. The game is clearly needing lots of money to progress now. Defeating the Treant even with 5 (1 cloned) characters is still far away from my abilities. It seems i'd have to grind for months to make a little progress. The game force restricts choices for which character a benefit can be given to, picking 2 random ones i'd not like. The ability to sell a piece of equipment nearly never shows up and is a one use if it ever does. Etc. I still get freezes and its not my internet; other sites work fine when it happens. Getting the 4th character who i dont like, and seeing the immense gems needed to buy anything, and etc has nailed the coffin on this. It had a few things in its favor for casual play, but its just bad.

He is Russian-speaking, unfortunately we cannot control his personal choice of language to communicate with other players and his clan. We have asked this player to use English if possible, or to migrate to a server with a Russian-speaking audience. This is all we can do in this situation. As an alternative, you will stop dealing with this if you change your clan to another one, or create your own сlan as well.
In the main team can be 6 heroes, but you can buy unlimited, all other characters stay in reserve. But at any time you can change the main 6 to allies from the reserve.

There seems to be an issue where you can't click on the upcoming path to move, its pretty wierd and idk what is causing it, I am playing on firefox with sprint boots enabled
Apparently you're talking about turns that are impossible to get on. There is such a thing, it is rare. Just a picture of an empty turn and it's cannot be clicked, but then you pass through and the next turn is already working normally. It's been designed that way since the beginning of the game, but we've already realized that it confuses players and have set ourselves the task of getting rid of it in the backlog.

I wish to protest the rising cost of new party members in the shop. At the moment, the price of each new recruit is rising faster than I can find emeralds, which seems to me to be rather unfair. At this rate, I will never be able to get even the lowest priced new recruit.
Indeed, there is a feature of the game that the further the player progresses in the game, the higher the price in the regular store becomes. However, note that along with the price, the stats of these characters increase, becoming more suitable for the stage of game progression in which you decide to buy. Nevertheless, the logic of pricing suggests that at some point the price comes to a halt and stops growing.
By the way, please pay attention to the Clan Hero Shop, where you can buy heroes for a fixed price that does not change over time.

re: hitmakers--the two or so places where the non-English text is written are in the button that you click to advance a dialog conversation in the scripted quest(s) very close to the beginning of the game. The places where the English is unnatural or completely incomprehensible are also many of the scripted dialog lines close to the beginning of the storyline. They seem to have gotten much better as I've progressed along the game, so the ones needing revision would likely be in the earliest lines of code from when the game was first being developed.
Would you like to attack farmers? Not a good idea :-) However, I will give a spoiler: soon the game will have more alternatives for your choice due to the implementation of the faction system.

I'm enjoying the game a lot and would like to participate more fully in my clan. However, all the missions seem to start at 1:00am pacific time US, my time zone. Missions are long over by the time I get to them the next morning. Is that a constant, set up for London time, or will mission start times vary at some point?

This is a great little game once you get used to it. Great job, developers! If you could improve the English translation a bit, that would be great--it's not very natural and there are a few places I couldn't understand even re-reading it, and there are a couple places where it's not English at all, I think it's Russian, maybe? Anyway, I'm so glad Kongregate started reaccepting game submissions. Looking forward to more new ones!

If you're looking for some hardcore combat gaming, this is probably not for you, however if you're after something a little whimsical and relaxing, this game is great. My only suggestion to the developers would be to add some sort of "Save and Exit" button, rather than just "close the tab and hope for the best" :)

Past couple days the game keeps freezing or loosing server. and now i lose 10hp each battle loss and the enemies even shield themselves to null the hits and have gotten much harder, so the losses pile up quick. Combine this with how repetitive it has become, which is why the slowness sucks also. Arena still doesnt work after reported days ago. i think this is nothing more than another cash grab attempt. these games added recently are all boring cash attempts with bugs and suspicious associations.

Regarding losses when losing or protecting enemies with shields, these are designed gameplay features. Do you want enemies to have no defense?

Hanging on my first cave fight for the magic key. Click on "To th battle" and nothing. Have had similar hangs collecting rewards but they eventually "click". This one is about 4 minutes and still nothing.

So, I did feel a wee little bad about the way I posted my previous coment, and decided to give this game a fair try.I can see where the strategy parts are coming up and its pretty decent for what its set to be, I think my only wish is to be able to toggle party members being available in combat or not for certain purposes.

We have been through these stages before, and we know that they are the most challenging. But we are confident that we can find a place in the hearts of those players who will embrace our vision of perfect gameplay.
As for switching party members, in a regular battle you will have all team members at your disposal, but soon you will see a collective clan vs. boss battle, and there you will have to make a similar choice.

Even after lvl 100 no arena. combat itself is slow. lose a match and lose much hp each time also sucks. Game needs huge insane amount of green gems bought to buy game gem contents like gifts, etc.
My suspicion is because a bunch of games show up on this site, all that have players and guilds already at huge level, games that originated from russia, and any question about it comment just deleted each time! Suspicion is thus proper as to what is happening here, how is this coincidence, why? Maybe you do not do that bad but others do, I don't know. This pattern too suspicious.
I checked with development, indeed, there was a bug with the arena when it was released on Kongregate, we are fixing it right now. By the way, a number of English-speaking players managed to come to us earlier during the test release on google play, which we suspended because of the work on the adaptation of the game version on this platform.
The fact that the combat is slow is a very rare comment to us, but we will take your opinion into consideration, thank you. Perhaps I would just add that with further progress there will be a lot of new effects that will allow the combat to proceed in a much more dynamic style.

A good time killer that is likely to be entertaining in fairly short bursts. Fullscreen button does not work, but I had no other issues with it. Could do with the reminder that you can upgrade items not popping up at every loss, though. Gets old, fast.

the game was put here with other players already at even level 17370 and thousands. The arena does not work. The level up screen pops up with bad timing so the players is clicking and gives bonus to wrong character with no way to reassign. The game is desiged to play slowly with how its battle animations work, no option to speed up. ... i'll skip whatever else. My main problem is I notice a whole lot of russian games suddenly loading onto this site and i expect it is to help fund atrocities. and anytime i question it no matter how roundabout the comments are removed. I oppose your atrocities completely.
Dear player, thank you for your review. The game implements a relaxed concept of meditative gameplay. Arena starts a bit later than 1 lvl. Passing speed can be varied in the profile settings (horse speed), as well as by collecting or buying artifacts and new team characters.

you should have released this on april 1, because this surely feels like a joke in comparison to like 90% of the turn-based RPG games out there, no strategy, turn ends when you attack ONCE (regardless how many there are in your party), in which then, a random enemy will attack a random character, dont like the turn-based part? no worries, just keep going forward! there is no obstacle to stop you, heck, I bet you could probably reach the end without actually attacking anything outside of the tutorial enemies!
