I need some help, can't find how to level up to max lvl heroes. Doing it one by one til lvl 400 is exhausting my mouse ^^ thanks
if you click the blue button that says "Level Up x1" it will change the level up quantity mode. So you can level up x10, x100, to next milestone, level up to the max.

When you are 5 min away from completing a research item, or a map item, you really should get the option to finish it for free. I know y'all milking the playerbase, but that would not kill your bottom line, and it would make it a lot more fun for us

plase shorten the delays! Attacks take for ever, after killing all "monsters" there is also a huge delay. And please stop party members to attack already killed enemies.

bosses should have an item drop chance, the higher the boss lvl the higher the rarity possibility of the dropped item

Plain and simple. It's pay2win on mobile tiers. Ever since they found out the path to easy cash, all of their games have strong pay2win. you hit walls that will takes days to weeks to get over should you choose not to spend money on it. Don't waste your time. Art is fancy though.

So, after 5 days of playing, I have a devastating review to do. Sorry, devs, but this IS pay2win. 1. The prices for leveling are going crazy after level 50. And upgrading alone is pointless too. 2. Since gear is the only real effective thing: One chest every 1 to 1.5 hours - only if you have a proper adventure displayed? 3. The fairy thing: Up to barely 50 usable. Then: No need to upgrade, because leveling here is a pain in the back. Dust won't drop that much to call it OK and free leveling every 8 hours for a few XP? 4. Additional characters without proper gear are pointless to level. There's a 2000% gap between the first 2 characters and Solaine currently, because of duplicate gear, leaving nothing but useless gems. It's no bad game. It's just a lazy try to hide the pay2win fact. Normal users won't see level 100 in any foreseeable time. Good luck with it, but I'm out.

Because of the astronomical amount of time needed to raise a guardian, since the training timer doesn't countdown while offline, that means you ahve to be ONLINE... for an IDLE GAME in order to train your fairy. No thanks. I'm off until this shit is fixed.

Cooldown for Guardian/Fairy doesn't continue to countdown while offline? Absolute rubbish. I was offline since the 12, and she is STILL at 5hours until next training......
Hi Merdakai! Cool-down for Guardian should work offline ,we have checked it and it should work for you too. Try to refresh your game, check your internet connection before you do that and check it again.

would be great to have an upgrade that reduces the number of non-boss monsters killed to progress to the next wave i.e. reduce from 10 down to 9, 8, 7 etc to the min of 5 kills per wave

It's disingenuous to say that "90% of players can't afford 'premium' games". If that were true, consoles would have died out in the 80's. Freemium is a high-reward model for devs with high cost to the overall gaming community. I completely agree that devs (you) should be compensated for your work, I just don't like games that force it via in-game mechanics. Plenty of indy devs manage without microtransactions. I appreciate your quick replies and hope the best for your company, but I can't support a group that advocates for expansion of freemium development. It could also be worth talking with your legal team to explore adding a common-language addendum to the privacy policy explaining what you do and don't actually collect (since, like you said, you don't collect the stuff folks are wary of) to help put players' minds at ease.

In regards to my last comment, games are meant to be played, they're not meant to be paid. It's one thing if people want to buy something that gives them a little advantage, but this whole game is pay or little progress and that's garbage.

Too long to wait for library researches and really doesn't seem like it boosts anything. Also needs some way other than just the scrolls to be able to speed up the characters. I would have thought that we'd be able to get to the place we were faster than the previous round,. that doesn't seem to be the case. It takes me at least 2 hours to get to lvl 50 and still the same every time yet after getting more than 20 million firestones, just money bonus, no speed? No chests or anything from bosses? No premium currency from playing aside from a few here and there from chests? I been playing for days and haven't been able to buy from the shop once. This is pretty shitty guys. You've literally made a game that only paying users can get anywhere and that makes the game garbage and you guys pieces of crap. Holyday city was cool, the gold mine one was poop, this one is worse than poop.

Content is linear and bland, progress feels slower than most Holyday games. I was honestly surprised it was a holydaystudios game because in my opinion doesn't really live up to the quality of some of their other titles.
hi HazePolaris! As you progress further you will see that there are lots of innovations in this game and things that you haven't see in any other game of the genre. Also, we are planning to add a lot more mechanisms.Stay tuned and we are always open to listen again a more detailed feedback.
Thanks for reaching out RobertS2407, do not forget that there are a lot of free rewards(daily rewards, mission map rewards, quests) in the game that help you progress for free faster in the game. Try to gather those and let us know how your progress changes .

idle game should be idle, not "do these 10 quests every day, and H missions every day, and you can press button every 8 hours," it all looks like garbage mmo games ptw with 100 servers over, but even if game not bad after month you just do not want to go in knowing that you need to do all these dailies
Thanks for writing in Kitezh, these daily quests are for those who have decide to play a more active play-style and gain more free rewards in the game. You can always choose your play style.

progress is far too linear. Please implement some jumps you can look forward to. As it is now its just only some +% here and there but there is no real improvement

Is the Honor effect bugged?
I see total honor 17 x honor effect 1% -> 1% to all basic attributes.

Game just feels way too slow. Even if you do maps 24/7, first rank would take 100 hours. Leveling the guardian is tied to same maps, getting chests is tied to maps and dailies.

It should be possible to rise attack speed. Game feels too grindy. Unfortunately you kind of have to use an auto-clicker, otherwise clicks are far too weak.

as to the lowerlights question ... can you make it able to swap gear with new heroes so they start off as equals with your other heroes ...lvl for lvl so if a old hero has a lvl4 sword the new hero gets a lvl 4 wand or whatever it is

BUG: If you buy the non hero/guardian upgrade with next milestone option, the single upgrade costs as much as all upgrades after you could afford, but you only get the single upgrade. To avoid, choose another upgrade.
Maybe someone can approve this behavior.

do not worry, its only visual, if you buy it with next milestone or max etc it just buys the max number you can afford and gives you all the buffs. We need to find a way to explain it better visually though. But it works. Just buy it like that for convenience

Pleasantly surprised by how good this is. Nice job, devs! Do have one request: notification for finished missions on the left rather than just the map, as an open upgrade bar blocks the view. Thanks!
we had this during beta, but the players thought it was frustrating to have 2 buttons in the same screen for the map (the map button plus the notification for the map) so we simplified it to one. Thank you for your kind words, i am very glad that you enjoy the game!

I just unlocked boris and he is much weaker than my other party members because he doesn't have any gear. . . while I dont think its a good idea to get gear for characters not yet unlocked. . . it also isn't a good idea to get a new character without any gear because they are 5x-10x weaker than the other members at the same level
i understand what you mean, that was a hard decision to make during game design, in our studio we believe that some games that give the gear for characters you have not yet unlocked feels stupid and frustrating, so you have to unlock a character before getting gear. This ends up making the character less powerful as you said but if you send your Map Missions you get chests and he/she will be geared up fast. Chest can also be obtained by Quests and daily login.
