good game, few small problems. If you repeat a level the next level will still be unlocked, at least it did for me at level 6. Has great potential as a game with a few small changes and harder difficulties

Glitch: Play previously beaten levels over and over to unlock newer levels and eventually beat the game (level 1 is easiest but doesm't pay much)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
little messy right now, I went back to upgrade more things, and no matter what level you beat, you always advance one...
but still with that in mind, a great game!

This was the easiest game i think i have ever played. as long as you can type 30 wpm... for someone like myself that can type 80. you should probably implement difficulty settings since this was a blow through.

This is the most fun I've had typing since Mario taught me how back in the day. I would love to see this with more levels, units, upgrades, and a slightly higher difficulty level. Sequel?

So, it was a good game overall. My one suggestion is that the missile needs to be rebalanced. It doesn't do a whole lot, and it costs almost as much as a buffed special unit. It just needs something to make it useful, like maybe small continuous damage.

I think the game is broken. I played only the first couple levels over an over to earn extra money for upgrades, however the game just kept unlocking the next levels that I hadn't gotten to yet. Eventually I had only played up to level 5, and level 12 got unlocked and then I beat level 5 and then all of a sudden I got a victory screen. It just seems like the game wasn't suppose to end like that.

I ran into a bug that after completing a level, I found that the game would not let me press the button to continue. Then I found that I could press the pause and retry button to replay the level with the broken continue option still in the middle of the screen. I have a screen shot if that would help you fix it at all.

ArcadeTown fails once again. No one wants to play your dumb Nerd Games about typing. God, I hate typing essays what makes you think I want to type your pathetic words! 1/5!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
how to win - 1. type words 2. type strong 3.type armoured 4. type more words 5. type special 6. repeat from step 1 till the enemy is dead

Bit too easy for even moderately fast typers. I type fast enough to be annoyed at the small delay between pressing enter and the word submitting. Fun, though.

I feel it would be awesome if my units could actually work together (ranged firing over others, for instance) so we could use more strategy than just make many units and maybe "equip" them with "armored" and "strong"

This would be a great game for schools to use. Short enough to use in class, but with enough of a challenge and upgrades to be entertaining. 5/5

Went though it in about 20mins. Always love typing games. Music well done, game ok done, cool mix between tactics and fast typing. Worth a 4/5. (5/5 from me is only for games with more content.)

nice game but you should fix that after you go back to play earlier levels that your highest level completed goes up as if you beat it (ex. got to highest level 10, went back to play level one beat it and the highest level went to 11

I played the game the way it was supposed to be played and loved it. Unfortunately, after that I attempted to play it with 0 strategy and 0 upgrades. Easily won. Perhaps some consideration for faster typers...

NICE!
FInally a fun educational game.
1. works on how to make you use money wisely
2. make people type faster
and 3. Works on spelling words better. I used to spell it turrent now I spell it turret

In one minute, I've written about 40 - 50 words, so my mana is always at the top. I would suggest a chance to increase the mana-pool, and punish wrong spelled letters. Else, top game! 4/5

really good game, though a tad easy for my taste, perhaps give out less mana per word or more complicated words... or more enemies 4/5

ok apparently im stupid or something but how do you defend? I can't buy anything in the first level so I have nothing to defend WITH. I type and fill the manna meter, and one little blob comes over and takes out alice in wonderland.

the little dots were like WHOAAA, and then the ink dots where like WHOAAA and then the wizard came and killed all the bad guys and the missile went sssscrrrrrruuuuuuuuu overhead and kaploweee: castle eliminated! Good game, short, and my fingers hurt from typing so much.

If you try to play a prior level you can but it seems to count towards your game progress (ie you can repeatedly play level one to complete the game). Otherwise nice game, just needs more variety and difficulty levels, mayby even a small test at the start of a game that calculates how fast you write (words per minute) and dynamically adjusts the difficulty level.

wonderful idea for a game. However I am not a fast typer and made it to level 9 with no upgrades, then upgraded everything to beat the game easy. I think making levels almost impossible without certain upgrades would be best. Then fast typers would have to grind a little and slower people would have to grind a little more. or have a normal mode and hard mode

maybe instead of typing a boost and then the object...just put a space between the boost and object and then press enter rather

This was a great game that seemed nicely put together, but it was too easy and too short. I sequel would be great or just an update on this game! 4/5 stars!
