How dare you make a cliffhanger like that??! Now i have to constantly check to see when you will make the 4th installment in the series.

That thing!! That thing!! That was very scary!
That thing said "she lied and you know it" I thought I would die from heart attack!

I like how you make it seem very true of an old fashioned film, even including the "cigarette butts" in the top right hand corner

Bug found :D
I only dig up the coin and put it in the bird looking stone houses with the coin insert thing on the top, after half a hour of searching for something I went in on walkthrough page and found out I should dig up two things so I went back to dig up drainstone, I did make a hole but didn't get the stone QQ

dude, that brown imp pops up at the wrong moment, it gave me the chills every time! It's a good thing it's a screamer...

What a great series! It's a wonderful effort you've done with your games, not to mention the narrative, it really made me go in so deep inside the story that I didn't notice it's 1 a.m.!
I had to fumble a lot to drill the hole in the "place of power", but when I found the spot was really so obvious, that I almost felt sorry for myself.
Thanks for the games, I can't wait to play the sequel ;)

I'm really dissapointed on this episode. The problem with the 2nd one, was that it was to short, this ones even shorter, and besides that, has 0 story line to it. Theres very few screens to explore, Most of which do nothing, and serve no purpose. Theres also a bug with the music, where it cuts off after the tree. Theres 2 puzzles, and there very simple. Basically, this episode doesn't *sell the expereince* has was intended, and serves no purpose to the storyline what so ever. I'm just going to wait for Ep.4, hope its better, and exclude this episode from the series.
:/ 2/5.... *sigh*

One major problem with this game is that there is absolutely no indication in game that you can interact with the barrel shaped rock past the statues that you have to put the Smoothstone on before you can drill it.
Any object that can be interacted with should at least cause the cursor to change (unless the cursor never changes at all), and/or have some kind of description and/or display a message when the wrong object or no object is used on it. That's how point and click games are supposed to work! If the cursor doesn't change that means that you can't interact with that area of the screen! Making the cursor stay the same is not a "puzzle" so much as a trick, that does not contribute to the game, equivalent to putting incorrect instructions in the game description or posting a deliberately inaccurate but legit looking walkthrough.

Little kids- "Ring around the ro..."
Me- *Presses mute instantly*
Nothing like little children that sing a creepy song.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
*shudder* i think that the music/sounds/singing etc scared me more than the apparition. very creepy lending perfectly to the tone of the game. really enoyed it, well done Dev! keep them coming!

That demon/ghost/whatever in the cave was cruel. I realize you didn't mean for it to be scary, but even knowing from people's comments where it was and expecting it it still damn near gave me a heart attack. Aside from that, what happened to the music? It stopped suddenly after I opened the tree and the only music after that was briefly in the cave right after that thing appeared. Having the music stop like that was pretty creepy in and of itself.

such a nice series... but I get so frustrated with point and clicks sometimes. After obtaining the smooth stone and drill I just couldn't find anything else to interact with. More frustrating than challenging...

Rather boring because I don't get the story, and where the f**k is the mute button? If I were playing atmospheric mystery games, I'd listen to hiphop music.

Very nice sequel. Atmospheric music and setting, very much in accordance with the eldritch spirit of the games. I'm also glad to see the pixel hunting element of the previous installment is missing, replaced by solid puzzles and story. Looking forward to the next one. All those who died of fright were unwitting participators in the process of natural selection. Used to be lions, now it's flash apparitions of ghosts :)

For those who think they didn't get the Drainstone, there are two holes over there. The Drainstone hole is a little SE of the empty hole.

Terrible Game. Clicking feels clunky. Environment is boring and immobile. Puzzles are ridiculous - There are barely any useful hints, but many misleading ones. I know that someone has put a lot of time into this(more time than thought) and it's their creation, but I definitely did not enjoy it. If it weren't for the badge I would have stopped playing in 20 seconds after clicking my way through the lifeless map and finding that nothing in the game is interactive... sigh

Finally a new part, but it seemed so short again (guess that just means the game is good :P). I don't know if I mentioned it in the prequels, but I really like the music that plays at the beginning, the art is great as always and it's a nice addition to add text when hovering over an item. This game had a darker and creepier feeling to it than the ones before, but I'm glad you still added some funny things here and there, I like your humor :) The children's song was a good way to create this creepy/scary feeling, but it became a bit annoying when it started replaying a few times and that creature.. or ghost...thing that randomly pops up startled me and was really annoying aswell, especially when you are exploring random areas and it keeps popping up anyway. Well, all in all another great (but short) game, keep up the good work :D

BUG: the music doesn't repeat, so I ended up playing w/o music once the track finished. I'd appreciate it if you fixed this :)

Okay, I'm really stuck. *spoiler, but it's like the first couple minutes* Round stone on the vine supported statue and....nothing else. All I have is a shovel and a lot of sass from the NPCs.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Liked the game a lot. :D Took me a while though to realise how often to dig -_-; All the bits with the stone are really nice, particularly the sign above the weathermage. Also exploration is not as frustrating for you see where things could be done.

I swear! I thought the village elder had smell my finger on the opening scene! What an idiot. I didn't notice the text at the bottom. XD
