18 - stack all the squares up the middle, then with each of the grey bars, place them on the edge of the circle so they lean in towards the tower of squares.
20 - Place the circles down, with the grey bars on top. To make the tower more stable however, be sneaky and place the circles under an already placed grey bar.

lvl 40: place first block on left hand side of top circle, so it falls on the other two circles horizontally. Place next block on left side. make a pyramid of the circles resting on the horizontal, QUICKLY put the triangle on the far right hand side of the horizontal block to prevent falling, place next triangle on top of verticle block, then next three circles as follows:
1) Left side of pyramid of circles, resting on verticle block.
2) On top of the pyramid and the #1 circle.
3) On top of far right circle of pyramid and far right triangle.
This should work in two tries, don't drop the objects, and don't rush (except the triangle past where I said to rush :P)

Figured out level 40.
40 SPOILER: Put the first block on the top circle, angle it so it fall down, it should fall onto the two circles horizontally. Now put the second block on the end of the first. They should be perpendicular, hence the level name. Then just stack the rest up; put the triangles at the end to hold up all the balls.
