Ah gotcha. Sometimes the Kongregate CDN doesn't update our update and it can cause some issues in the loading process with patches during and after a maintenance. We're looking at hosting things on our own CDN to avoid this.

You technically don't lose anything. The message is there to ensure people understand their character isn't being deleted, they are just moving onto the next difficult ;)

Lol @ the IOURPG dev response saying the game isn't p2w. The gap between paying and free players in this game is massive. I'm of the longest playing, highest level f2p players and I literally do less than 5% of the damage of some heavy paying players that have been playing the same amount of time I have, some have been playing even less than me. Even people that have only spent a little, I'm doing maybe 25% of their damage. The game is headed by a rookie developer who has the math skill of a toddler. Their has literally not been a single update since the day the game released that has included formulas, that hasn't had to be adjusted because Ray has no clue what he is doing. Every other major content update is just another money pit. This new expedition system is a complete joke. Been playing for a year and a quarter and I can barely use it without diamonds.
With the new expedition system, in the very short term, you'll get less. In the medium-run you'll be able to get quite a bit more than from the previous system. In the long-run, far far more than you ever would have with the old system. The short-term unfortunately had to be made the way it was because the system is a from-scratch setup intended to require effort from new players as well.

nice game, I don't have much to complain, but a thing I don't like are those messages in guildchats “... has invested 1k/10k... stone into ... ” it's more like spam and makes it harder to follow to chat. maybe you can put those information somewhere else, for example into the guild building side by itself.
Or perhaps a Guild Donation History Log :) These are definitely things that should or need to be done, but it will have to wait until guild rehaul becomes a thing that the community votes for. Edit: Guild rehaul in the works, it'll be an option!

@x_n0na_x You might just be at a lower area then you are supposed to be at; your monsters get XP based on the level of the monsters killed. If the enemies are too low of a level, then you won't get an XP reward for them. I'm at level 24 and flying through levels, so I'll see once I get there.

There needs to be improvements to guilds. It is very difficult to write a meaningful guild message with the insanely small character limit. I'm also experiencing bugs where the previous guild message will replace the new one that I'm currently writing, making it tough to easily make edits. There also needs to be a more effective way of communicating with your guild members. Private messages would be helpful but in general, the chat button needs to be larger and there needs to be a better indicator of when you receive a message. Most new players probably don't even notice it. Overall, I've found it very hard to communicate with my guild and manage it.

For an idle game, this one is truly a miracle gem in them all. The creators actually give a damn about the community feed back, and even puts the community ideas as a top priority when possible.
Some of the optimization changes we made were major rehauls to the server design. On edge cases from a couple of bugs from these changes a server would run very poorly. They should be fixed, and the game should be running a lot better than it ever has now :)

Occasionally, I get kicked out of my own guild that I created. I can just search up my guild and rejoin, and I'm still maintain my position as creator, but it really does need to be fixed.

awesome game first off...just an idea to make it a little less cumbersome. How about with the mining there's an option to mine a whole row or column? Mining is time consuming and boring so the more options to get through it quicker, the better imo. Its a kind of rip off idea from Infinite Hero, but they ripped you off first so its a wash I believe.

Okay I love the RPG event, but maybe it's better as a feature than event. Timed I can't get too into it, but if it was a permanent thing I'd be more okay with it.

Worst event so far. RPG element is fine, but this is an idle game, i don't want to play this event hours each day, sadly i feel i have to, because it yields 50 EP. i Want a function to refill max hp and mana, and prefreably auto combat, i really don't care to see all these "animations".
Howdy....we've released several changes to the event to make it far less of a grind. By no means is it perfect now but it shouldn't be nearly as painful to run through.

Hmmm the new ghost enemy gets 5 damage when the previous enemies received 70+ from normal attack, not sure how many levels we're supposed to grind or what kind of difficulty curve is used. There were clearly some efforts put into this event, too bad it turns out to be pretty much against the point of the idle game so unfortunately, a big bust.

There should be a Full Heal Potion that consumes multiple health/mana potions depends on how much you needed. Clicking multiple health/mana potions is tiresome specially at high levels.

From my experience all issues ever were seen and considered. Bugs are fixed fast, responses are friendly. So if there is an evil twin doing the opposite -god help us- we're all doomed.

Ray is extremely rude and nasty when it comes to any criticism or anything but glowing praise. There are a lot of game breaking issues with the mechanics, and he is absolutely abusive in response. I am a journalist who has dealt with a lot of people, and Ray, the developer of this game, has to be one of the worst I've ever experienced.
