Description
elcome to “The Plunge.” Your mission is to find the secret treasure at the bottom of the cave. Be careful though… the cave is covered in traps! Use the mouse to move your ship through the cave, avoiding all of the obstacles including the ocean bottom. Your ship can only take 2 hits before it cracks, so be careful not to hit anything. In order to deal with some of the more nasty enemies your sub is equipped with a gun. Click to shoot it. Good luck and have fun!
How to Play
Mouse to move, Left Mouse Button to shoot. Watch out for walls, blocks, turrets, etc.

Laggy, but I still find the concept behind the game crap. I didn't like side scrollers when they appeared in the mid-80s, and this one has better graphics but poorer gameplay than the side scrollers I didn't like. Dull. Unrewarding. Boring. Focused on eye-hand co-ordination and the ability to memorize one path that is slightly better than others. *yawn*

I blame these flash banner ads--even on other games processors are pegging at 100%. Running The Plunge alone in a separate window outside of Kongregate works just fine. Very odd.
