I feel like this game would be greatly improved by giving the player the ability to close ranks: holding down a button causes the squad to huddle together as closely as possible to better avoid incoming fire, at the cost of reduced movement speed and only the squad leader shooting. This could allow the player the option of playing more conservatively, instead of treating the squad members as expendable fodder. Otherwise, the game really has potential.

0k... i have 8 allys, the leader dies, so the mission is a fail? I think you should just switch to an ally when you die because to complete a mission it takes forever and i usually die before i even go half way across.

Can't complete the "Run 500/1000 meter in endless mode" assignment. Is this a bug? The counter stops always short after the beginning.

good game but it could use helicopters as squad- rare to find and a UAV skill to show whats ahead like bunkers or an APC. great game though 4/5

Two things need to be fixed.
The knifing mechanic takes to long to trigger, so you just end up dead if you try to use it, and the barbed wire on the towers and bunkers kills you at way to great a distance.

It's a good concept, but it's really laggy. Not sure if other people have this problem, or if it can be fixed. Just take it into consideration.

Endless mode doesn't seem to increase in difficulty, and because ally life is bugged and for some reason they're basically immortal it's only really possible to lose by letting your leader get run over or running him into barbed wire. As far as I can tell the allies you start with are literally invulnerable, as nothing I can do kills them, making the solo run mission impossible. This could be a great game but it needed a couple weeks more of bug fixing.

hard mode badge is got to be like .. impossible.. the car gets you to no more than 500m with so many towers in the way.

... the grenadeirs are very slow at shooting, and my guy dies when he touches a barrel because the rifleman blew it up...

Now i got 3 missions: Run 500, 1000 and 2000m at once in endless mode. They all stop counting shortly after the start. So i'm essentially stuck at 90/100 missions completed.

I wish there was an option to get the dudes you free when you have a full squad and put them in second line to just trow grenades

great game, one star until you take out the part of endless mode where 3 bombers fill the screen, and 5 machine gun trucks appear with them. oh, and also the part where my guys randomly lose about half their life when there is nothing on the screen. oh, and the part where my main guy goes from full life to dead for no apparent reason after 2,800 meters in endless mode.

when you find a unit that's better than the ones you have, it should replace one of them. feels really stupid to find an AA specialist that you can't get because your team is already full of riflemen and grenadiers

Heroic Dash is rather useless too. When I got to the end, what cleared the fortress was my Airstrike. Napalm will be useless at the end too because you will only have your leader left, and just 1 wave does nothing against the fort. Heroic Dash does nothing to clear the fort.

GG. Reminds me of cannon fodder, snake soldiers and some old NES game (i don't even remember it's name). Still I'm not too satisfied with the fact, that your algorithm uses my current rank/gold to generate enemies so the better was my previous run the harder it gets next time. Kind of logical, but seems a bit unfair to me.

Airstrike, the special you start out with, is the best one. Heroic dash has the previously mentioned issue of ending up surrounded by enemies on all sides. But maybe useful for speeding up story mode. Napalm special only really works if you have lots of allies, and that is when you need it least.

Rather than "Your team is full", perhaps something less fiction-breaking and more endearing would work better, like "I'm AWOL" or "Mommmmmyyyyyy!"...or something along those lines.

I like the idea of missions and objectives, but they need to be tweaked. I was maxed out and had the game demolished by the time 18 of 100 missions were complete.

Can you make it so that you can turn an upgrade off after you purchase it? I have three missions I can't complete because I can't kill out my starting fire team, or maybe I'm just a master of getting my leader killed off while the rest of my squad is still at full health.
