The double clicking is annoying, but worse. This game is not at all optimized for the PC. Very laggy early into the game. Hard to play. Loved the original.

I have found a strange glitch: I've put the window at 80% size because if not it doesn't quite fit in my screen, and then the game sort of shrinks into a corner, leaving two of the sides covered in a couple centimeters of blue.

You guys are really great. Revisiting your old game to make it playable on new platform - how many flash developers do that? Fixin issues and optimizing stuff. Actually reading and responding to negative feedback peoperly. And on top of that the game is really good. It's nice to know more people will be able to enjoy it, Thank you, guys.
One thing: if you decided to revisit CT2, maybe you can also consider making a level pack? I know I'm asking for too much, but i really love CT2 and wish it had more levels. 3 challenge missions in mobile and steam are decent, but it really feels we don't have enough maps to explore advanced mechanics. We need more missions.
Thanks! Yes, making a level pack for CT2 is an option that we consider, but there is still a lot to do before we can achieve that. The game is old and we have to go through the source files, resources and tools to update it and make sure we have the full dev chain in place. Porting to HTML5 is one step on this way :)

wow. html5 generates a huge memory leak. flash is way more stable... damn the anti-flash-movement. almost the same as the bullsh** political correctness movement.

Improvement idea: upgrade that allows you to create mixed towers on four squares that are free, but of different ground.

There is a memory leak somewhere. From level 12 I can barely finish any level before it lags terribly and finally freezes.

You should really use click->double click on mobile but hover->click on desktop. I read the comments so, thanks for already working on it! :)
Could you please pm me the set up of your PC and browser name and version along with any details (when it froze etc.)? Console output would also be great (F12 then switch to Console tab)

The controls are right now ridiculous. And believe me this game is one of my favorites. If you are going to update these games you need to ensure the old PC controls come along.

so far only thing i really don't like is having to click so much to build and upgrade and such... otherwise nice improvements. but extra clicking like that is pretty lame ;(

There seems to be a performance bug where the game slows down to a complete crawl after playing for a little while, eventually coming to a full stop. Strangely enough, if you click the mouse in the game, it'll progress for 0.2 seconds and the fully stop again. As long as you keep clicking, the game will keep moving, stop clicking and it's effectively paused without using the pause functionality. It's a bit of a drag, since clicking 5 times/second continuously is not exactly fun to do. :D Great game for the rest, but these performance issues do need ironing out.

Got a black screen with a message "To play games on Kongregate, you must have Javascript enabled!", after playing the first level and going into the Skills screen.
Noscript only reports the kongregate.com domain asking for JS, and it is allowed.

The game might be remastered, but the fun aspect is waaaaay down. It seems sluggish in comparison to the original. I finished both parts before and really liked both... This one? Meh, it's passable, barely.

Worst remastered game I have every seen. It is so ungodly slow compared to before. The double click on upgrades is just awful. "Tap here" as well, just leave this crappy mobile port on mobile. There was absolutely no reason to put it on pc.

too many clicks, the gameplay in the original was a lot more fluid. also space is a bad choice for a key in a html game since keys are not captured. that means pressing space will scroll the screen in firefox.

Welp, that's unplayable. I LOVED this game originally (and the previous one), but these updates for mobile not only sucked the soul out of it, they made it tedious with a mouse. This is really sad. I don't even want CT3 now, if it's going to be like this.

Gj you made a great game into a medium 1 to get it to the mobile devices... i hope you make a lot of money toselling out. How about you make a good game on mobile instead of screwing a good game and making loading times retarded, so you can feed it into mobile players throats.... lol this game is 10y old, atleast make a new 1 wtf
That's not quite right. The mobile version was made first and it was long time ago. Now we wanted am HTML5 build because Flash is going to die. And technically it was easier to port the mobile build. Besides we believe that the mobile build is better. Maybe not in terms of mobile controls transferred to PC, but in terms of balance, art and level design.

I much preferred the non improved version. especially the tower building part of the previous (flash)version was a lot easier, also having to click twice to release a spell is annoying. I am glad that your html5 port of cursed treasure allowed for fast fireballing(those nasty ninja bosses make that imprtant)

Well, I can see the potential improvement and that it is still being developed, but I noticed a few things.
-The hotkey buttons are not working.
-In the instructions you say holding space will speed up the game 2x, while in game it says 3x.
Lastly just a matter of taste, the confirmation click when buying or upgrading a tower makes the game way safer against accidental purchases, but it also makes me annoyed that I have to click twice every time I want to buy something.
