On level 15, the archery towers on the right of the screen seem to be out of range. They weren't in the origional version. A bug or a change?

After having played the game again now after playing it a few months ago, a lot of the resource hogging seems to have decreased. If that's a result of work by the developers, well done!

Its great except for the fact that it feels like it was built for mobile. Browser games should be pc-based, not mobile.

This is... worse. What a remaster.
HTML5? Sure, but even then it shouldn't use up my two year old gaming computer's resources like this.

found a bug,
if you fear the Great druid boss right before he become intargetable and start to shoot eggs , after he return normal, his direction is reversed like he is feared ( you can still fear him to reverse his direction again)

Make autopause optional! It is stupid that you can't switch to another window while letting your towers kill pests on its own.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Why am I unable to save my progress in this new version? At least the HTML5 version allowed one to save their progress. It is very frustrating. Can this be fixed?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Multi clicks brings up the Pause screen, and you click restart before realising.
Id literally just defeated the 7th boss when this happened so I didn't complete the level.

I played in 2013 and now 2020. It isn't the same game. The white skull is new and gone is all balance. If you like managing your resources to the penny and you like not being able to take any actions for turns in a row because you are so resource bound, then you will like this new game. I'm not bothering to finish it this time.

Hey, so I was really close to getting the medium badge (which I need for quest completion) on the flash version and now the badges have been removed I have to literally start the whole thing over again? In my culture, that is known as a "dick move".
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the game freezes a lot, or just crashes halfway through a level. And then you have to start the level again. Plus, if you used anything you purchased in that level, it's gone. Strange that everything else is reset except that

The game is a lot of fun but it's worrisome that it's more demanding on my system than Crysis, a game known for its incredible system requirements and pushing the boundaries of hardware. I have to play this game in 20-minute intervals and then give my system time to recover. It's like track and field in school all over again.

I really enjoy the game, but the RNG on some levels can become a pain if you have a bunch of guys go to one side or another and you can't know until you've already built for that level. It's also frustrating that you can't pause to build or use your mana. I also become incredibly agitated when the final level devolves into a poor action game where your whole level can be undone and forced to restart because of some smoke.

I wish this game was about trying to keep different types of Nicholas Cages from trying to steal various American historical documents. But we'd need a better name.

Oh well, if levels 22-24 were removed, why are they visible in the game slot screen (3 x "New Game" when you start)? Pity I can't attach the pic here, but it goes like "levels/ trophy symbol": 21/24, "stars": 126/ 144 (available). Quite disappointing.

I just get a black screen after the Armour Games logo animation. I can click anywhere on it which links to your website. That's is the extent of the interaction I can do with this game.

what a joke, its just a more difficult version with the addition store bought currency to give advantages; typical of the Ipad market.

For the last two levels (brilliant night), remember to spend your skulls with (for example) blizzard storm. That helps a lot.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
So this is just a more annoying version of the last one. Nothing new, just more enemies that are stronger that requires more grinding to get ahead. Meh.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Tbh it sucks that you don't earn xp when losing, it discourages experimenting strategies. Instead you have to go to maps you've beaten before to farm xp until you can beat the new map with the might of your rank.

I'm not sure why, but when the game starts to lag horribly, if I mash my mouse button the game starts to move at the regular pace again.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Way, waaaaay harder than it has any reason to be right off the bat. Most games kinda ramp up as you go, let you enjoy a few wins before pummeling you with impossible-seeming maps and, "WTF? I did the best I possibly could on that map and still failed miserably. How am I supposed to win this?!" scenarios. I mean, the first one got challenging, but it still started fun. This went straight to, "Oh hey, this enemy is basically immune to everything you could possibly field at this point. Oh, but if you want to spend real money to win, we'll let you, that's cool..." *really* quickly. I did enjoy the first few maps though. It was cool while it lasted. I'd say I got at least 2, maybe 3 stars worth of fun out of it. That being said, I'm not seeing any of the performance issues others are, I'm not sure why. Using my work PC, Optiplex 7040, Core i7 w/16GB, onboard Intel video, good work PC, but not a fancy gaming rig by any stretch. Playing in Firefox v71.0 if that helps at all.

When hovering over a tower upgrade option, can you please show both past and new values instead of only new values? Right now, it shows "Damage: 8" when it would be more helpful to show "Damage: 6->8"
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'm not seeing any of these lag issues, even though my computer is by no means new, and I routinely have like 5 windows open at the same time. What absurd old machines are you guys trying to play games on? Crackin' out the old Commodore 64?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Enemy units are popping up 10+ tiles from where they should be spawning, pointless build hotkeys don't change the number of clicks required for building, there is no longer a hotkey for cutout, horrible performance issues, no way to access evilopedia during waves. This is a very poor execution of a remaster.

This game is maddening. I spent a ton of skulls to get Brilliant, and then the browser automatically refreshed on me because the game lags so bad. And now I've lost those skulls. Great. The last levels are stupidly hard for the hard badge, just like last time. Lowering my rating.

Very enjoyable game - for the first few levels. After that, the lag becomes too much. Last wave of the fifth map took over an hour - again, a wave, not a map. Missed fireballs because of lag.
The game is absolutely beautiful, but that doesn't mean anything if it can't be played.

Having the option of premium is really helpful for this game. The prices are not soo bad either, however if you were stuck on a level you'd go to previous levels and grind it for more experience, and you also got plenty of +10 skull drops in doing so. When I reached maxed rank at 51 I had over 3,000 skulls which helped me finish all the levels on night difficulty.
