Ahem.. Who did those graphics? Are we back to 8-bit? It's a lot harder to identify the different types of attackers. Doesn't look and feel half as professional as part one to me. Holding down the speed-button is pretty annoying. Music is better though. Sorry that my first comment ever is a rant, but i had some expectations to the sequel of that brilliant game.

Great game. Some suggestions: 1. Make a way for smaller drops (coins, potions) etc. to be picked up even when they are covered by bigger drops (scrolls). 2. Speed should be a toggle button that doesn't require holding the mouse down continuously. 3. Fear should always send them backwards, not into a random nearby wall. 4. Make the sell tower icon look different from the upgrade tower icon. It's hard to tell the difference at a glance, and they're not always in the same position.

Thank you so much! I LOVED the first one. I LOVED the expansion pack. Now you release a brand new one? You are my hero.

It's a great game and visually it's an improvement from CT1. The problem for me is the fact that I can't see the range increase an upgrade gives me before I upgrade and the scrolls that keep dropping are cluttering my screen, and the only time I use them is when I pick up a coin or mana potion next to them.

Typo, if it hasn't been reported yet, for the drilling skill : "Decreases the recharge time of the all towers". "the" is unnecessary :P

"Dear Journal, today I saw a 5 gems! The gems were really big, so it looks like I am only going to carry only one home. There are small towers on the cliff above me, the orcs in there look fearsome, the fire from a temple is ready to fire, and a crypt seems to be prepared to launch.... looks safe enough, I'm just gonna walk casually towards the gems..." - Peasant.

It feels glorious to see a sequel to one of the best tower defense games on the site. And the additions are amazing. Keep on being awesome.

(Continuation from last comment on bug report) Ah, after reloading the game it seems my high grounds and buildings never loaded. They are present now, but didn't load in my earlier error.

(Continuation of prior comment for bug report)I couldn't click anything but the notifications for new units, and sound/musix on/off. I was forced to F5.

Made my day to see this game.. LOVED the first 2.. thanks IRI! **2 suggestions: Please make the speed up button click to toggle, instead of click-and-hold, and please make coins collect automatically instead of click-to-collect.

Bug Report: Game locked keys at second arena. After I clicked out of the game explaining high grounds, the game continued to run, but my keyboard shortcuts for buildings didn't work, neither did my mouse clicking on the building icons, but I certainly had gold. Then I noticed the "new" thing on the left that explains the tree cut outs. I was able to click this notification and bring it up, then close it, however upon return I was still unable to click on buildings. I tried starting the round, but after hearing the noise nothing happened. This is where it gets weird:
Fast forward 5-10 minutes because I'm busy writing this, I hear the game do some laugh, and then random noises of people getting hit were heard, in fact succession. I hear the charge noises, I think the game is going on. I press nothing this whole time. After that, a new dialogue box comes up about seizing and new buildings, but I assure you, there is nothing on my screen. Anyway, hope my details helps you debug.

Some good innovations from the previous, the enemy structures in particular. OTOH the dropped items get cluttered quite frequently and I miss the different speed settings.

Looks good, sounds good, plays well, but just as with almost every single game you put out IriySoft, it's grind-worthy to an unimaginable degree, especially starting out. I want to give it a five, but grinding bumps playability to a four.

Amazing sequel, fixed a lot of issues i didn't see until now. Dislike having enter for the send next way, would like it to be tab if I'm using 1,2,3 for towers and q,w,e for spells and space to speed up i'm not taking my hand off the keyboard to reach over to send next wave. also there is way too much money once you figure out how to beat a level, there reaches a point where the difficulty ceases so there is some balancing issues in this. i remember with the first one that it maintained a difficulty. i absolultely love this and will spend the next 3 hours beating it. thanks guys!

I had to stare at the title screen for a bit cuz I couldn't help but be amazed at how graceful the ninja guy was being as he exploded

For those that have a slow computer or want to change the quality, before the game brings you to the loading screen you will see a blank white screen right click this white screen and you will see a quality option. The flaws of using this technique is that you are unable to change it unless you load up the game again.

I don't know why everybody is complaining about the speed up button. Since the the game slows down when you release the button it is easier to upgrade towers when they are ready. If it is stuck on fast a few enemies may go past your tower while you are upgrading and that can really screw you over. It only takes one enemy to make a Brilliant rating only Great. Good call iriysoft 5/5
