This is one of those great games to play at 1am when you're too tired to get into something complex, but too awake to sleep yet. :D

Trick to avoid pressing "Speed-Button". Hold down space, point out of the game (into window and scroll, for example down to these commentes). "Fast" should stay active.

Love the game, great work as usual! New Bosses are great, especially the pirate ship. Hope you make many more TD games in the future, thank you!

I detest having to click on coins to collect them. You kill, you earn. Towers should always either focus on enemy with gem OR allow gamer to prioritize tower targets (closest, farthest, most powerful, etc).

Feels as if this game came out 10 years before the first. Graphics are choppy and cartoonish. Not stylish at all for a 2013 game

There HAS to be an option to turn off effect such as smoke and decrease overall graphics quality. I have a great computer with decent speed, but the level 21 boss makes it impossible to beat because I can't throw the bombs back at him. I completely freeze up. I made it to him without a gem being touched, and then I had to sit and watch helplessly as they were taken one by one at the boss.

The game is good, but it has some problems. Which is frustrating, because they are things that should not be in a sequel. Such as: not targeting the most threatening mob, not being able to click on scrolls because it's busy or something, not being able to easily see towers needing upgrades because of everything going on the screen. I like the new tower options, but I don't like that the towers feel much weaker than before. I like the new heroes, but don't like that they employ cheap gimmicks.

Deciding to keep bugs because 'it takes too long' or 'it's better that way' smacks of just making excuses. Bugs are bugs and should be fixed. I really enjoyed the first one, but just reading the developer comment makes me not want to play this one, or any other games that will be made by them. I'd much rather have a better game take longer, then have one rushed out and not bothered to be fixed.

It feels like the differentiating gameplay design choices in this game largely consist of bugs that iriysoft decided to keep. Plays that way, too.

hi, and ty for this good games.
a point is making me sad: if u do missions, u gain 3 stars any kind of win u get. Thus, i got a lot of stars and when i do night missions, i shows no kind of challenge. In kingdom rush, the number of stars is limited, and then giiving a real challenge on bonus missions even if u went to game end on normal mode. As i like ur game, i wish there d be something like that.
tyvm anyway :)

I gave it a 2/5. For three main reasons:
(1) It needs a much better description of the game mechanics. Making me guess at controls or lag times under full speed of play is gratuitously rude.
(2) The save feature doesn't work across browser invocations. The game needs to explain -- better yet, detect -- the proper functioning.
(3) The aforementioned problems with the graphics. For instance, when I click on any pixel of an object, I'd better get the object selected. There are some improvements over the previous versions, but it seems that this is a beta, not a release.

I hate to do this because this is a good game, but it is unplayable for me without a quality option. The lag is just to bad. You get a 1/5
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
You know, I loved the originals, but everyone has simply rated this 5 before actually playing it. The graphics are much worse, the lag gets horrible fast, it is too slow, the developers REFUSE to fix bugs when they've been pointed out. This game does not deserve a 4.5 rating AT ALL. I'm giving you a 1 and hoping enough people do the same for you to learn your lesson.

Would be nice to tell tower what to priorize. right now, i have 6 towers letting a low hp ennemy close to gems go away as they focus on closer high hp target. They also don't target ennemies with gems in priorities, wich sucks.

most fun part of game is when you have to hold space for speedup ... you should change it to tapping - faster you tap more speed game gets ... it would add REAL action and drama
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
a workaround to always have the "fast" speed, without having to keep the space bar pressed: Press the space bar, and without releasing it, click outside of the game, in the browser.
Some comments on this game: needs a "low quality" option for the graphics, and the option to remove many graphic effects; there are too many waves, and it gets boring after a while; needs to fix many memory leaks.

The damage upgrades don't work! Neither the high ground buff, or the demon upgrade passive affect the actual damage done by any of my towers :(

I am amazed that the creators do not seems to be willing to update the game, whilst the majority of suggestions are valid and constructive points to improve the overall quality of the game.

Very fun, only problem is that straight Undead seems a little imba. The 5% instakill on maps where you can stack lightning towers is a bit overeasy.

Add autopickup for coins, potions and scrools. Near the mana bar place a bottle icon (+number of droped mana pots); likewise place different scrools with their numbers. This way we can use pots and scrools (keybord shortcuts like "Q","W","E" for precise mouse area of effect) when we need them most.

I love it, but the bad part is most of the time there is not strategy involved at all, only time-consuming killing. 5 stars.
