Fascinating, engaging, fun game. I can understand that many people 1. Do not like text games and 2. Do not like fantasy RPGs but if you get past that it is really a good game.

i while i myself dont like these games, it is good for the genre. while everyone is entiitled to their own opinion, dont rate low or spam your stupid " i hate text games" comments. thank you, and dont make me eat your face.

It would be awesome, if people could just accept the fact that its a text game, and that if you can't play as is , then don't bother commenting at all. Its meant to provide feedback, not dis the genre.

In response to LeFinch yes you can detach it from kongregate. Go to www.ironrealms.com from there you can find links to each games home page and from there you can play or find out how to play it on an independent program

Ok, a couple things I've noticed on the character creation screen, the Orclach don't have their own description, is that of the Merian, and the Dwarves don't have a display picture, is the pic of the race last selected. As much s I would love to try it, text games aren't my thing, but don't judge txt games based on the lack of graphics.. as said in the intro, it's the imagination of looking at the world as you want it to be that appeals to so many people. Otherwise explain DnD and other tabletops? Or even reading as was said.

Very simply put, if you don't like Text games, and this goes for everybody, why the heck do you play them? Just so you can be a dick and dis it in the comments and lay down crappy ratings? You dont see me going to every single shooter game here and giving it a 1/5 and saying shooters suck because you shoot things do you? You play the game based on what you want to play, if you don't want to play text games, why are you even on IR? Seriously people. Grow up.

All iron realm games have been in first place at least once, and all have been consistently in the top ten for several years. Now do you think it sucks? Not to mention, this game just plain rox way better than sum crappy wow or runescape, where all you do is kill demons all day, and even so, not with enough interactivity and ability to customize.

I personally, think this game rocks for what it is: a game purely based on typing wiht no graphics whatsoever, I love this idea- the resurrection and rebirth of a long-past game and I think programmers should make more games like this, 4/5
