I'll make the same comment I made on the first one: There should be a way to move all the symbiosis from one plant to another with one click. Otherwise, fun little game.

I loved it, but it felt too short!
Also a useful hint: The only spell you need for the first 2 difficulties is the cheap meteor. With that you can instantly destroy any new level 1 crystal. Very useful to keep them from taking power wells.

Hmm, the only criticism I really agree with is that heal and shield are a little too similar. You already strain your mana resources by focusing on more than one spell -- why not make them all really distinctive? But there are a lot of little things that I just love about this game -- the speed of a single match compared to a big drawn-out TD level, the generosity with skill points, the fact there's no "perfect skill" and I have to keep resetting to deal with subtly different tactical situations ("hmm, do I have to speed rush this level, or sit down for a long slog?"). These are just the sort of decisions that make strategy games interesting for me, so... great sequel!

I'm only half way through, but I'll forget the idea later on most likely so here it goes (if it is already in game, sorry!) - Once I hit the 5 plants limit, there's nothing for me to do with gold, other than just waiting to plant another plant once one of my plants (plant plant plant ^^) dies. Apart from upgrading the plants limit, you could add an option to evolve/upgrade plants. E.g. once my power plant hits level 6, allow me to evolve it to super power plant (sounds great, eh?!) or ultra power plant (super original names!) - both of them having unique powers and attributes. This way, I could finally do something with gold! And the game gets more complex too. You could do it for all kinds of plants too.

There should be one last special mission that you unlock once you reach level 55, just so you can make use of the fully upgraded skill tree.

Fun game, challenging enough to restart a level few times, but easy enough to not make you rage quit. Can't really see a flaw here other then maybe not a lot of missions, maybe more upgrades, maybe more variety between plants. But as it is, it is a solid 4, not perfect, but really worth playing.

lvl 14 how to beat it on gold? i cant find any way to win, to retreat to a corner and survive fr 30 min yeah but not win XD

Good game, but why is the gameark-logo honking everytime i touch it with the mouse. even if i muted the game? this is really annoying!

I love the gameplay, just as I did the first. But, sweet lord baby Jesus! The sound has gotten out of control! There is a crazy loud giraffe surfing on an ark that I can do nothing about, then an intro menu that has nothing to do with stopping the noise, then whether you hit start or EVEN CONTINUE you get sent to the story where you can't stop the noise (why do you need to see the story again if you are continuing?) and then finally when you go through the story or hit skip, you can finally click settings and turn off the nonsense. Please, for the love of sweet, 8.2lb baby Jesus, make it so that we can quiet this raucous sooner!!

I liked the first one so I like this one, but it is very easy if you play sensibly getting all the upgrades, and if you don't then you are making it artificially difficult which doesn't really count.
Difficulty settings would be a plus.

This bring so much to the first one... More levels, and again the same interesting but far too easy concept. Can't even call it a real game on it's own.

It's really a great game concept. I enjoyed the first one as well. Really needs variable speed to slow down when things get hectic (pause to execute actions is the only realistic way for some stuff, in which case pause should at least be spacebar or something...). Also, a button to turn the stars-settings all at once, or persist the stars settings (same as last set, shared between all levels).

Pause makes the game too easy, its still nice to work on the strategy though. Maybe some achievements for winning without pausing?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
oh yea, the most powerful skill you have at your disposal in this game is the pause button, i feel like if you couldn't control your plants during the pause state then the game would be harder, but it may get too hard at that point. I know i relied on it a lot.

i like the game, but it was way too easy. the first one was the same as this and since the original was easy even on hard i was able to beat this one pretty quick. i would like something to make it harder, like maybe less xp at the beginning or something

@ptdgames Power and cost are simply the power (strength) of the spell over Cost (how much many you need), put simply you have to decide what you value # of spells or how effective a spells is.
