oh yea, the most powerful skill you have at your disposal in this game is the pause button, i feel like if you couldn't control your plants during the pause state then the game would be harder, but it may get too hard at that point. I know i relied on it a lot.

i like the game, but it was way too easy. the first one was the same as this and since the original was easy even on hard i was able to beat this one pretty quick. i would like something to make it harder, like maybe less xp at the beginning or something

@ptdgames Power and cost are simply the power (strength) of the spell over Cost (how much many you need), put simply you have to decide what you value # of spells or how effective a spells is.

You should be able to make different type of shots in the plants, like freeze shot to slow the enemy shooting down, or vampire shot to draw enemy health with shots.

It would be nice to have a button to select all of the 2 star or 3 star buttons instead of having to push each individually.

My little bit of feedback would be to change the spells a little bit. For example, have 1 meteor track do large single target damage and the other hit a 2x2 square for less damage. The higher efficiency lower cost idea doesn't work well unless you have longer cooldowns as well (in which case the spells would be too weak).
An idea for heal could be have one do greater heal, but has all or part of the healing be done over time while the other is instant.
For shield, I would remove the shield which heals (as it repeats the other spell). Perhaps have one give growth and the other reflects some of the damage back at the crystals.

As far as these games go, this one was fairly easy. It finished, though there could be some places that could be polished. Very nicely done!

One of my favorite parts of this series is that experience hinges on difficulty, not on speed, so those of us that prefer to take our time can do so.

those trees have worse reaction time than I do, and that's saying something. *waits 3 seconds after a nearby crystal spawns then attacks, after already taking plenty of damage.

Also had to note that the wealth is probably the worst skill out there. It's basically pointless as most stages you need to rush as much as possible so you're not saving gold or mana and additionally all the other skills give much better immediate bonuses.

So just beat the game with three stars on everything, all achievements, all challenges etc. on everything and i'm 10 experience short from next level with no new exp available to me. Without that 10 experience I can't get the last level and get the last missing skill.

Skip button for that intro would be nice ... because the intro isn't all that great (a bit annoying actually) and i really don't have to watch it more than once :/

Love it, there is ony 1 mistake, if you see the heal magic, it cost the double, but heals more than it. Meteor its just the same, so its not good to get the left side of it. (Would fix by powering a little bit the meteor that cost more mana).

Collecting all the achievements became quite a grind on the 3rd play through but well worth it. lvl 13 "The Crag" was really hard for me. But finally finished it and the joy was +5 great game bud. Cheers!

First of all, I should say I love this game. But I did get a little frustrated when I have to keep redirecting the symbiosis when I change my focus plant. Maybe make it such that if 3 plants are symbiosizing with plant a, and I order plant a to symbiosis with plant b, make the other 3 plant to also symbiosize with plant b... Also, it would be nice to be able to directly upgrade skills/spells to level 5 without having to re-click the previous levels. I clicked reset skills a couple of times on accident and that really sucks ):

i would like to be able to pause with the space bar instead of the P key... other than that, it's a great game. I don't see much new compared to the first one, though, so 4/5

i feel that the symbiosis should only reduce fire rate not stop it. that way you could have cyclic symbiosis. Also, symbiosis should boost regeneration.

It's ridiculously fun, but I feel like an extreme mode could be useful, since once you get enough upgrades, it gets a bit easy to beat a level. (Alternatively, I suppose I could just remove the upgrades. ;))

Great game. Just a little short though. More levels would be nice and maybe different plants and crystals with varying strengths and weaknesses, for example, maybe fire, ice, earth, wind, etc.
