Instead of getting certain hats and whatnot at the end of a race when you finish first, you should get a certain amount of coins. You could then spend these coins in a shop and get exactly what you want.

@erikerik5 The new hat lets you skip the 3...2...1 thing at the beggining, and if you reclaim it it gives you a speed boost. It's called the jumpstart hat. For if you can get it from F@H, i don't know, but everyone playing PR2 got it when team jiggmin broke the top 100.

Is this a glitch with the jumpstart hat? not waiting the 3 seconds? If it is not than I think jump stat may be the second most cheap hat. (right next to cowboy)
