Could also use key combinations for some of the menu things like save and stuff instead of having to click it. The level transitions and effects lag all over.

Thanks for posting this game. I love the graphics! Awesome job. Even the music is good, which is unusual. How many levels?
More achievements would be nice. Maybe a badge?

Last question: Why did I suddenly jump from level 15 to level 41? Is that a bug or a feature? It was confusing either way.

What's the deal with achievements? I mean, why bother putting them in the game if you won't tell the player how to get them?

Oh, sorry jmtb, I hadn't checked yet.
I'm actually sorry cause I know that it sounds very hostile, but if you take away the jackass in the review, it ends up as just constructive feedback. Although there sure is a lot of jackass in my review. :P

definitely a good game. the new "huge" levels add a new "twist". should have a pause key instead of having to leave the keyboard and risk losin a life in order to click Pause. should definitely have "Easy" achievements for getting the In-Game achievements.

I personally had a great time playing this one, but was left confused about the achievements. It is hard to go for one when you have no clue what your are trying to achieve. Other than that mystery I found it well put together and had a lot of fun playing. Good job!

I was actually waiting for this... Honestly, it sucked. Bad. And I still dunno what the heck is with the level skipping... that just ruined it for me.

Hmmm, this took eight months? well, I like Ball, but I think it might be time to move on. I'm not as negative as 2D, but the achievements are a bit vague. Unnamed and unknown how to get them, It doesn't really motivate me to go for it. still, a nice game.

Great, another sequel to the great Ball Revamped Series.
Graphics: 9/10
Level Editor: 5/10(remaining TOO many things in the editor)
Phisics Engine: 4.?/4.(I guess thats the number)
Sound: 8/10
Levels: 90/101
Well, I guess... anyway, good job again, jmtb02, or Jonh Cooney.

This game is really really beautiful and the sound and music isn't bad either. its too bad that the same kind of love wasn't put into the level design and mechanics. After 10 minutes this becomes very uninteresting.

This is the first ball game I've properly played, this one seemed more interesting than the rest. Achievements are a nice idea, but I got most of them by luck. The exceptions were getting all four stars at once and completing the game. It would be nicer if the requirements for each achievement were made known. Perhaps also a levels completed/total levels on the main menu so you know how many are left. I can't say how it compares to the previous titles, but I liked this game.

It's pretty and all, but seriously...
The whole 'move the floating ball to the exit' series has been way over done. It was fun the first time I played it, but constant remakes suck.
Like playing Mario sequels, except all of the sequels are the exact same thing, just prettier (not that Mario sequels are anything like that).

I said more or less the same thing on Newgrounds, but I really deeply feel that this game is overappreciated. The first game, and to some extent the second game were nifty for a while. But this is still the same game. But with an editor. The trouble is that the new features are included horribly, so they are pretty much nulled by the level design. The combo system, for instance, ends up being the exact same system as before-push a button to open a gate. This time, though, instead of a literal button and a literal gate, it's a blue powerup and a net. Even the combo system ends up like this. Get the blue powerup (push button), go through the net (gate), then get the green powerup (button), and do whatever that allows you to (gate), then get to the finish. The path of what levels you play is somewhat branched, but the levels themselves are as linear as ever. And the branching path really just forces you to play through the game way too many times just to see all the levels.

And oh my god, how in God's name did this possibly take a year to plan and 8 months to make? That sounds like bullshit to me. Assuming you remade the engine, and that you had other things to work on, the base for the game couldn't have taken more than a week or so to make. Animating, we'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say another week for whatever slowdown reasons. That leaves 7 and a half months to make a hundred levels. What? And a year of planning to make the exact same game as the previous four?
By the way, the editor is a good addition. Can't hide from that, because editors are always good.
