Wow, when going to install my second app, the test editor, game tells me I don't have enough memory, upgrade hard drive. I would think that a programmer would understand the difference between memory(RAM) and storage(HDD), but I guess not.

Please fix the formatting. The dollar sign ($) belongs in the front of the number. Only dumb kids these days put it at the end, because they're not being taught any better...

for the last 30 minutes all i've done is click terminal over and over because i need money for ram and cpu to use the txt editor, am i doing something wrong or is this game that slow?

Same as top comment. The game is... fine I guess? The problem is lack of any real ummm - quest? Goal? You see - idles/clickers can be very fun to play if its being packed in an interesting theme. But here its kind a them-less. Maybe add some background to it? E.g. that the player is IT guy who do this for a living or something :P

So, i've uninstalled a running app and then formated. Now, upon installling it again, my CPU is loaded for MINUS 63 percent, and RAM for MINUS 23 percent. Seems legit.

It would be nice to have a keyboard shortcut for apps, 1, 2, 3, or a, s, d, f would become more of a rhythm type game

My first impression? The moment Kongregate asked me to rate this game, I wondered why i was bothering. I'm not hooked, not interested. You've failed to do much at all in the first hour. Progress feels really slow, and as the nature of idle games is to have progress slow down further as I play, I don't see myself bothering to play this when I could simply revisit so many better idle games that maybe should have been inspected for more ideas. Moving on.

dear developer - from a real person - great game - good job of balancing it - dont listen to the haters aka users, keep being you and being a creator.

The prestige system needs some work...A 0.1% increase for investors compared to how much you need just to get them is completely outrageous to the point that getting them is not even worth it right now...

I don't understand this game dev. He removed this game from here and put it on Newgrounds website. I played it there for a while until his prestige update broke my game, and then a few days later he removed it from Newgrounds and put it back on Kongregate. ???

This game lags for me, so I'm guessing that it hasn't yet been optimized. Also, I'd love the ability to toggle a program between active and idle. This would make the system specs more relevant, and also reduce the amount of repetitive clicking you need to do.

I suggest doing some play testing to improve the balance great concept though. It just gets very very slow after a while.

If you're going to make an idle game like this, you at least be able to further increase monetary gain from each run by say, being able to open each app and play a small minigame or play around with a small gadget depending on the apps.

Ironically, there is a *HUGE* memory leak. When I closed this Chrome thread down, it was using more than 1.2GB of RAM.

@lolsome i think that's something with the new update. Formatting a computer in real life just wipes the hard drives clean from a computer. So only resetting on the OS and software makes sense. No need to rebuild or upgrade the computer from scratch.

so happy to see investors now much easy to get. Nice surprise today. I was ready to stop completely after playing for 2 days.

it would be nice for investors to have a higher incremental bonus...just increasing the gain speed is not going to help much when its .1% per...and you really need to rework the scaling of RAM/CPU of each program compared to the Cost to increase RAM/CPU

I have 8400 investors (840% profit), windoors 8.99 (214M per second) but still I'm getting an average of 140M per second, I don't understand, but investors don't seem to be working, and the OS doesn't work either

214.75m $ per second from windows 8.999
on top of that 8535 investors 853.5% production boost to app
on average income swings at around 90m$ per sec
error somewhere

painte has a RIDICULOUS ram cost for its place in upgrades...22 mHz cpu...but 43 mb of ram, the app costs 15k but i have 45k worth of ram upgrades and it uses 98% of my ram and running it brings me down so much in profit it's not remotely worth it. Is this a miscalculation or was this intentional?
