Get Worker's Speed Increase on the Pepper Field upgrade to level 3, and you will have no problem getting to the Corn Field and upgrading earlier fields to Star Crops for extra Prestige Points.

No matter whether I turn animations on or off it still seems to show the produce flying up from the farms, for lower level plots I can no longer see how much anything costs..

I enjoy this game very much. The prestige, upgrades, and general farming aspects are nice the simplicity of the game give great appeal. But the unreliability of the offline gathering makes me lower my rating. There has been numerous times where I've come back to this game 10+ hours and received nothing from the offline gathering. While other times I do. I hope it gets fixed soon then my rating should go back up.
Hmmm... offline production relies on a time server the game try to contact when starts. If there's some problem contacting, it shows a message on the grey text. Allways check that text before pressing "PLAY". If some problem is shown you can try to reload.

I'm intrigued... however, I'm experiencing some discomfort as I play. It seems as though resetting after tomato brings the most prestige. I haven't timed it, but eggplant seems to take more than three times as long as tomato, and pepper takes more than twice as long as eggplant. At what prestige level would it be viable to go the distance? Does prestige build after corn? I hope so. Otherwise what would be the point of allowing corn to be upgraded at all...
Yes, there is more prestige after corn (next field gives 10 points). And what you say about viability of go further... I'll think on something. EDIT: I've changed to a exponential progression on prestige earned. I hope it will works betted. Also, you get an extra prestige bonus when you get to a field for the first time.

Can the animation option also include things like lower frames per second (that super fast bar and numbers bothers me) along with making it animate in normal speed no matter how many upgrades we have? That would be greatly appreciated.

OK. To amend my last post. The tier 2 grass does pay out more but it just shows the incorrect price on the "store" page. Please fix in next update.
Probably you've already used some of those prestige points. In the upgrades screen you should look at the number of the top-right corner, when it says "unused prestige".

Upgrades, I feel, get too expensive too quick. Case in point: I currently have 100 total upgrade points (0 unspent). My next upgrade costs 62 upgrade points. That is 62% of all the points I've earned in all of the runs I've done total playing the game so far (hooray for easy numbers!) That seems a little bit imbalanced considering I'm still not making more than 3 stars per run (I'll need to do 21 3-star runs to be able to afford the next upgrade which may or may not even be something useful towards my overall progression).

Protip: You can save your game before re-rolling upgrades and if you don't get any upgrades you want, simply load your saved game (in order to load a save, you must refresh the game and do it at the loading screen). Make sure to put your save somewhere safe (like in a Notepad++ window) so that you don't accidentally copy over it with something else.

Shouldn't buying the tier 2 grass give a huge boost in profit for it if it works as the tenth field? Mine stays the same.

back again, got to a point where the speed of the workers increase the lag... I'm a notebook user, so when a i have a bonus of x42 and let all the fields working the lag kinda of increase a lot. The animation ON or OFF that you made don't change almost anything....

@furiouscapn When you unlock the 9th crop, you can upgrade the quality of the other plots (grass works like a 10th plot, potatoes like a 11th) and so on. And you can turn off particles in the options (the "?" button)

I maxed out two upgrades, 'increase manual working speed' and 'increase initial work multiplier value'. Now, when I use the manual worker, I get so much lag the game is almost unplayable.

maybe delete presige upgrades for 50% points u spend on it? and lower buy next upgr like if u delete u 7 upgr u can buy u new 7 upgr for this same price like before ? [sorry for my english]

I see you are still pushing the salesman upgrade hard, but I'm glad to have re-rolls so I can buy all non-store upgrades first because I will have to bother with those gray ones, thanks :D

LOL. The calc of unused prestige was wrong on previous version, and it allowed to buy more upgrades than the available prestige should allow. Now is well calculated, so the value shown on "unused prestige" can be lower that before, even after lowering the prices. ------------------------------------------ This means that you've lost nothing, but I'll try to compensate the trouble by granting you some free prestige. Let's reload the game and it will be added.

welp, now I have -5 unused prestige. Apprently lowering the price of upgrades simply subtracted from my score instead of refunding the spare.
When you quit the game and then load it later, you get the the earnings for that time. If you don't see this (it's called Offline Production) something on your computer is blocking the access to the "time" server.

x5 is pretty helpful but not by much. We still have to revert to clicking a lot when we don't have the money for exactly 5 items. This means disabling the x5 then doing it one by one. One way to solve this is to either: introduce a buy max button or if we click x5 it allows us to purchase amounts lower than 5 too. Otherwise, it's still too much clicking

add reroll option, add the ability to reset your currently owned skills as well, at a cost, maybe 20% of current saved up perstige
the forced reset just now, royally screwed my setup over, as i got a truly crappy setup afterwards
if you were to install the reroll, do one more forced reset or add a manual choice reset, it would solve most of the current frustration

Just add the re-roll function, nobody buys store/salesman upgrades and if you get all of them as an option, the savefile is pretty much done.
