How about letting us SAVE the unlocks until we can use them where we want? instead of forcing us to waste them in order to do anything in town? I now want to reset all of my prosperity unlocks since you have changed the rules again.

For you2will die : just wait a while and he will turn up again - you may even get a better deal as you want the target crop to be as low down the scale as possible. Lower end crops grow and harvest faster but you get the cash value of your highest unlocked seed. It is often worth waiting if he asks for your top end crops.

The purple stars are your score and they currently do nothing game-play wise although this may change in future updates.

Todays sneaky patch info as it was posted on the devs page and not in the game section:
I’ve decreased the prosperity needed to do an unlock to 3 levels (instead of 5), you’ll receive an aditinal unlock every time you go to town, until you get the the appropiate amount. - Those who unlocked the seedsman more than needed, they’ll get their “unlock point” back too. - The effect of skills (except selling), tools and compost have been rised but need further study. - Thanks for your patience.

Hi. Good game, bad update.
My suggestions:
1. Prosperity Level: For each level of prosperity you can upgrade something.
2. Chickens! I would take away the need for wheat. Too complicated.
3. Lets get the chickens even without being married.
4. After you marry one girl, the other two will become obsolete, and the flowers too.
My idea:
You can still marry 1 girl. After this, you can "hire" the others for money (they must be "in love" first)
Each girl has one skill with which she can help.
Brenda: Collect the eggs. Her skill enhances the speed of eggs laid.
Dana: She will automatically water fields which become dry. Her skill is the watering skill.
Janet: Has the selling skill, which wíll give additional money (a second bonus money) when selling.
All girls start with a skill of 10%.
The hired girls can be paid to upgrade their skills.
The wife can be upgraded by giving to her additional bunches of flowers. Plus if you like the suggestions, please.
I think I'll automate the wheat it a bit, but it will stay, I think it is intuitive enough and... thematic. About the girls, I'll take some of your ideas.

Would be nice to have an opportunity to buy some water sprinkles , cos since this is an idle game i don't wanna water my plants manually =/

Suggestions for latest patch if you're taking any. Sometimes it can be difficult to see which chickens are about to lay, and they keep overlapping so clicking is difficult. Please make an easier way to obtain eggs, perhaps make an exclamation mark appear above the wife's head when they're ready to lay, and instruct her to mass-collect the eggs. Possible bug, but since the update if you click menu buttons such as increase skills or confirm, it goes 'through' the box so it makes the farmer run to where you clicked even though you haven't told him to. Please add something that helps us collect wheat for chicken feed more easily, coming back after idling to find hundreds of wheat and having to click the stack repeatedly is not fun.

The chickens denied the Idle aspect of the game! And the wife and the omelete and the chicken woman along with the dude are all NOT IDLE!

on further review of how the merchant works, it seems to be nice and benifitial so long as you never accept to fill an order for your best value crop, my last comment isnt necessary now

you know...that thing about the dog made me think of adding wild animals after the animals are implemented with them yielding materials (for sale or otherwise) if killed by a dog (you have to buy) or them destroying your crop (for a set period of time crops wont grow) if your dog doesnt manage to stop it(it adds a random factor to the game - which i personally like)

I have to echo a few others here. Prosperity should apply to all people evenly, not every 5 levels for one person to unlock something. This makes the cost of prosperity unbelievably heavier than it needs to be. I dont mind the change of percentage increase on compost/tools. That seems much more fair in the long run. With a change to the prosperity system to unlock everything equally, then the game could be much more fun to play.
After decreasing the number of prosperity levels needed to 3, and make a little simulation, I think the cost is more balanced (posibly there's place to add some other unlockable upgrades). As suggested, I'm going to put together the cost of the 3 levels in one, so a one donation gives one unlock.

Is anyone else's chickens laying eggs? I have about 10 chickens, and 100 bale of straw/hay stored for them, not a single egg. And I don't see my wife feeding them either..

I still haven't reset (and probably won't, sorry) but the wife and chicken bug is fixed for me! :D Thanks so much Junjo and welcome back, hope you had a good new years. And thanks for altering the prosperity levels, it was getting out of hand. Look forward to see what this games brings once you've studied this new update some more.

Wife bug has to be with not reseting the save data, I think I've fixed it. --- Also, I've decreased the prosperity needed to do an unlock to 3 levels (instead of 5), you'll receive an aditinal unlock every time you go to town, until you get the the appropiate amount. --- Those who unlocked the seedsman more than needed, they'll get their "unlock point" back too. --- The effect of skills (except selling), tools and compost have been rised but need further study. --- Thanks for your patience.

I'm back! And I'm so sorry for the problems of the last update. I was eager to load the update before the new year, but it seems that it was not ready. I've uploaded an emergency update while I study this well. I APOLOGIZE for not being able to fix it before.

it would be far more helpful if prosperity upgraded the town instead of upgraded a person of choice. with how expensive it is it's not worth upgrading equipment by 5% or whatever when you are unloading THOUSANDS/MILLIONS of gold
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The prosperity levels should give an upgrade per level instead of per five levels. This way, the game doesn't grind to a screeching halt so soon. The tools and compost should stay with a percent increase per level seeing as they increase in price already, which means that currently we get less for more.

Eggs: You have to collect them when the chicken just sit there facing you and not feeding, there's even a blinking outline when they have eggs ready to be collected.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The prosperity thing needs to change. Raising it 5 levels and only being to raise the max upgrade of 1 other skill in the town is beyond annoying. Either lower the price of prosperity much lower, lower prosperity levels between next upgrades say every 2 or 3 instead of 5, or make it so that all other town upgrades get boosted instead of picking just one.

I think take down the whole corn plantations to harvest once is not logical, at least you could have go around and pick them up instead of destroying it and re-grow them the next way! OH yeah! I get it, it has to be done so it lengthen the time to grow proving it is a high tier plant, I get it!

hmmm - I have a wifw, I have chickens, I have wheat - but my wife just stands there, not feeding the chickens -> no eggs. What do I do now?

How did I end up with negative money? The last 2 crops i bought for 0 each and now after farming 11K of the Starred Corn, I now have negative 1,273,569,097

The game is really a bit out of balance since the last update but it makes me sick seeing how some comments flame the developer. How often do you guys see someone putting that much effort into a game which doesn´t want to sell you anything for cash? I´m sure Junjo will keep up his great work and bring the balance back.

you should add a prestige bonus. for example: pay the player to reset based on star gain this game and totle star gain over lifetime of gaining. you could think of it as you and your wife having a son and he is more skilled than the father. bonuses could be higher profit and faster harvesting or growing speed.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Hmm, after a few more harvests it looks like the merchant simply pays out the highest value based on your unlocked crops. It makes it worth taking on the jobs providing you are offered any crop but your highest value one and makes low end crops even more valuable due to their faster growth and harvest times. This could do with a little better explanation in game than simply saying he "will pay it at maximun, plus some points" which he does not, and neither does it benefit from selling.

i just did the math on what the merchant wants, 320 of the best crop i have atm which gives 600 dollars normal, he is offering 192k which is 320 * 600, i have +45% money from levels so if i gather 320 of that crop and sell it in town normally i get 278k, in other words, unlocking the merchant seems to have been pointless for me and will actually slow down my income

Prosperity is fine, but it should upgrade your whole village, not a single villager at once. At a certain prosperity level you unlock the builder, at another a new seed and so on. This way you can keep upgrading everything. As it is now you will just forget about a lot of upgrades for a long time just becaue it's not worth to spend millions to unlock a 10k upgrade.
