Hello, when attempting to link my account into a Kongregate account, my character progress disappeared. I was using my iphone game center login to play previously. Can this be recovered?

so after some tries i could play it. then it disconnected in middle of dingeon and progress of that dungeon was lost, items, capture, xp, gold. many times i have had server errors just trying to play now for the first time. but it sure doesnt look like something i will or should put my time into, anyway.
